    We had cabinets installed late 2022. We encountered a paint issue and Alan agreed to make it right after the start of the new year. The cabinets had to be repainted 3 x because he didn’t get the color mixed by the paint company. Alan mixed it himself each time and finally came back in June to repaint. It still isn’t right but we moved on despite the fact it isn’t right. However, we have been waiting for repairs, adjustments and paint touch ups for almost 8 MONTHS now. The paint is cracking and chipping off in areas, lacquer clear finish is wearing badly and turning cloudy and even some of the veneer pieces are beginning to fall off. The drawers and doors are rubbing where they need adjustment because his worker hurriedly put everything back together after painting. ALAN has been stringing us along since July saying he would send someone out. We have heard excuse after excuse and as of January he stopped responding to us completely. We have been more than patient. He also has an anger problem so beware. As a last resort I am putting this here to warn others that the warranty he promises does not exist. He isn’t willing to even send me lacquer or touch up paint ! We spent $22k and here we are a little more than a year later with ongoing problems
