      Fayes dry cleaning has lost four articles of clothing totaling over $300 and has not located or reimbursed me. *** made numerous attempts to get in touch with the owner. Not only will the owner not get in touch with me but they wont return the store managers calls to resolve the issue.

      They lost four pairs of my husbands jeans that we took in for dry cleaning and starch/press. They tried to pass one pair of old holey jeans that were like ******************************************************************************************************* when I confronted them about it. The employee who was violent with me was completely unhinged. I believe he had to have been on drugs or something. He was screaming and violently banging his fists on the counter. When I contacted the owners, they backed the employee and would not reimburse me for the four pairs of lost jeans or resolve the matter in any way.

      These pants were unfortunately located at another location. They have been returned to the customer's home store at no charge. We have also established a sizeable credit on the customers account if they choose to use us in the future. We truly are sorry for how this event turned out and are incredibly embarrassed for the actions of our employee who was working during this incident and we hope this resolves this matter.
