      Nature of Dispute: My complaint is that this knowingly and admittedly company sold products (card sleeves) that were improperly labelled.

      I purchased 3 packets of their Card Game Card Sleeves that were labeled with a size of 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches. I understood this to mean (based on the package label) that these sleeves were smaller than their "Almost-A-Penny" Card Sleeves with a size of 2 5/8 x 3 5/8 inches. However, it turned out that the Card Game Card Sleeves were the same size as the "Almost-A-Penny" Card Sleeves. Additionally, the Card Game Card Sleeves were more expensive that the "Almost-A-Penny" Card Sleeves.

      I inquired with the company to see if there had been some sort of mistake. They informed me that “the size for the Almost-A-Penny sleeves wasn't updated on the label”.

      Then I asked if I could receive a refund for the difference in the price between the two sleeves. I purchased the Card Game Card Sleeves at a price of $1.79 per packet. I also purchased some "Almost-A-Penny" Card Sleeves at the same time at a price of $1.14. This was a difference of $0.65 per packet, so for 3 packets, I requested a total refund of $1.95. Their response was that they “aren't providing refunds due to typos on the labels”.

      The reason that I purchased the more expensive Card Game Card Sleeves is because I was led to believe (based on the package label) that they were smaller in size than the cheaper "Almost-A-Penny" Card Sleeves. However, that turned out to be false advertising.

      I have attached PDFs of my order and the email exchange with the company. I have also attached photos from the company site of the two different card sleeve labels that display the different sizes (which turned out to be false).
