    I have a rose bush that I bought from the j and j nursery and I asked about the yellow/black on the leaves so they gave me some jug of plant care and assured me it would take care of the disease and so I purchased it spent $50.+ No one told me about their policy that I had to return it within a certain amount of time or the policy that once it’s been returned that they can only get 50% of our money back and I it’s really unfair i was not told by the person that sold me the plant . I called the nursery and the lady told me that she’s sorry that they’re new employees and she was also sorry that that’s their policy to only return 50% and I told them that if I knew their employees were not trained right and had known of their 50% policy I would’ve never bought them. I don’t see why they need to hold me to this policy at 50% back if they had not told me. I trusted them that this plant care product would take care of the disease and when I was trying to talk to the lady about it, she kept telling me that that’s the policy and that there’s no other option and I said well I said in that case you need to train your employees a lot better before you allow them to sell plants that are expensive . I mention we trust your employees to be trained enough to tell them about the policies then tell your customers. The lady just yelled sayings, “ I can argue with you all day long but that’s the policy and that’s the way it stands and then she went and hung up on me. Not even politely saying goodbye, or anything else. I don’t think I should be held to this policy if I was not told about the policy nor was I even told that I was only going to be given 50% of my money back. they need to train their workers better before they put them in a position to represent their company , because those are the only people that we are basing our trusts on are those that we are involved with at the cashier position and other employees who help them. I specifically asked for a worker that can explain the disease on it and know what I needed to care for the plant , I based my decisions on two of their workers, explaining that bio advanced all in one rose and flower care (disease control )should take care of the disease on the plant. It did not so that’s why i wanted to return it. i would like a full refund.
