Failure to inform of merger with Leftlane Sports and failure to reimburse credit for payment of a travel voucher. Very frustrated with current situation. Cannot get TheClymb to respond to anything that I have sent them over the last week.

Ordered and paid for a suit from this company. Received only the jacket and when requested the pants be sent they showed their willful ignorance in trying to accommodate my request claiming they don't do exchanges. My request wasn't for an exchange because they advertised it as a suit and not a separate.Anyone interested in purchasing from this company be aware they are not trustworthy and don't look out for the consumer.

Paid for a 7 day hiking trip in April for 4 people to Peru in November. This is my 3rd trip through theclymb.com so I felt safe booking a 3rd. The trip operator just informed me they have to cancel the trip unless they get payment from TheClymb/LeftLaneSports or from me. After seeing online this is happening to tour operators all over the world, I immediately called and emailed theclymb.com to have them verify this. No calls back. No emails returned (except for the automated one that says they received the email and they'll have someone email me back). I want my $5000 back so I can go on this trip with my family! I am out another $3000 on airfare as well. I feel so bad for these tour operators in small countries/areas that depend on tourism 100% to live on. TheClymb/LeftLaneSports you should be ashamed of yourselves! I guess I'll do a chargeback on my credit card...

The Clymb does not even deserve 1 star at this point. I booked a trip to Peru back in Feb. of 2022. The trip was delayed due to Covid. Rebooked the trip for Oct. of 2022 and have been in contact with Valencia travel in Peru. They've stated that the Clymb has not paid them my money so they can no longer service customers of the Clymb. I have to pay for my trip AGAIN directly to Valencia, or cancel the trip. I would NEVER do business with the Clymb again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. I am disgusted that a business would do this to their customers!

    Bought a 899$ trip 18 mo ago.
LLS canceled trip a mere 3 weeks before trip— blaming Peruvian operator but Peruvian operator stated non payment from Left Lane.
No phone call return, no emails returned & no refund of money they have had for 18 months.
I would not ever recommend using LEFT LANE SPORTS!!
If I get refunded it will likely be my credit card company ( being reviewed but they aren’t enthused about transaction being 18 mo ago!)

DO NOT BOOK TRAVEL THROUGH CLYMB.
A month away from my trip I was contacted by the actual tour operator in Peru. They mention Clymb has not paid them since 2019! My trip is a month away and the only way to go is if clymb pays the amount. Keep in mind we paid clymb $1798 in September 2021 for a trip in October 2022. If clymb doesn’t pay(they haven’t in 2 years), I would have to rebook directly with tour operator in Peru (Valencia tours) and pay $1450 . This definitely looks like a Ponzi scheme!

No where on their site do they warn you that returns and refunds take up to 30 days. Two pairs of shoes that don’t fit and a trip I have at the end of the month and now I’m $120 short with no shoes. I have never had such poor company customer service. Based on the reviews I’ve seen here too I am highly concerned about getting my money back correctly. Will never be ordering from this company again or recommending them.
