    Very pleased with the installation of my windows, the install crew was clean and efficient!! Already can tell a huge difference in noise reduction and no more drafty windows!! Highly recommend Legacy Windows, glad I took the chance.

    I can relate to the other reviews on the door-to-door, by being a smaller company they have to do something to get sales. However, we did not experience a pushy sales rep. They helped come up with a selection to replace all our windows and stay within budget. Their team installed 13 windows in one day, cleaned up, was careful to respect the property, and the lead went out of his way to leave us with nothing to do but paint. Not because it was in the contract (it wasn't), but because of pride in his work and reputation.

    Legacy Windows and their installation crew did an amazing job!11 Windows, installed beautifully in one day. The installers did great finish work AND they cleaned up all their debris!I highly recommend this company.

    Disrespectful company. When a company has door-to-door sales staff that blatantly ignores (3) clearly marked No Soliciting signs, and then begins to argue with homeowners and walk away refusing to give company information, its an indication of how that business operates. If companies/sales staff cannot be respectful to homeowners, then they will a receive poor review, seems fair to me. I tried to call direct initially to complain, but the number is not in service.

    It sems this company does not understand the phrase "No Soliciting" as they knocked on 4 doors, including mine, right at dinner time (5:30 pm). When they knocked on my door, I asked if they could read and I was told "67% of people with no soliciting signs purchase our services after we knock on those doors." Ok... so this is planned and they intentionally knock on these doors. This is rude and lazy. It shows this company does not care about you... only your money. BTW... their door-knockers are rude too. Enough said.
