      STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!! They charged my card 8 times and I had no clue who it was and couldnt find them to cancel since their name on my statement says usreportsreal, which is not their name. I tried to find this company in order to stop the charges, but couldnt locate them by the name on all the charges. Why would they not have their real company show up? This is something crooks do and thats exactly what they are! They blame me for not being able to locate them in order to get a refund in their 15 day window. How can I do that when I cant figure out who they are?! How dare they blame me, shame on them!! They refuse to refund the $159.60 they stole from me! I am a single mom trying to make ends meet and these crooks couldnt careless!! If a company goes by a different name so you cant locate where the charges are coming from then you know they are corrupt and need to be shut down!! Make sure to check your statements and look for their alias name usreportsreal!!

      SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could give this company a zero star review I would! I went on this website back in February and agreed to a $1.25 charge. Now in September I realize that I have been charged $19.95 every month since even though I never agreed to any sort of subscription and haven't been on the site since I originally did back in February. When I called the company to fix this, the customer service representative refused to help me. He only ended up crediting me one month and when I tried to explain that I didn't agree to any subscription, he wouldn't listen and preceded to hang up on me. This happened with each time that I called back to try to resolve this issue. They have now told me that I'm getting a refund for four months (despite stealing my money for 8 months) and provided with email confirmation, but I haven't received any of those emails which leads me to believe they won't be giving me any money back at all. If you're reading this please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. They are nothing but a scam!!!

      I too paid **** for a report which was never accessible. I did this about 2 hours ago. I did not see any info where I may be signing up for a subscription, but after reading reviews when I did not receive any report ,became concerned. I have sent a cancellation request just to be sure to the message center but did not hear back. I then called the 855 # which was listed next to my pending credit charge( a # which is not listed on website)I spoke with someone clearly not in the US. "****"assured me I would have no recurring charges going forward but would not send me an email confirming this. Even though he verified my email address to check my report order. He said he was only customer care and could not do that. (?) He provided me with an order # for my report( still unaccessible)but no# to confirm cancellation of any bogus subscription .All I have is my account of a conversation with a guy using the name ****.This is all worrisome. It was bad judgement to use this website , I regret it ,and I do not recommend using this service to anyone . Be smarter than me.

      They have been billing my **** card since October 18/2021 . Citi contacted my on activities on my account that were not normal. I looked into and found debit for $19..95 per month . I spoke with a rep at *********** and they said they will stop charging my account . When I asked about all the other changes they said they would credit back 4 months . I asked to speak to their supervisor and he then hung up on me . I was on line with ********* fraud at the same time

      USRealtyRecords.com had proven to have accurate information and the choice of memberships is optional. It one does not cancel their trial membership within the allotted time, which is started in the terms and conditions, one will be charged the price started thereafter.If one does not intend to keep the membership beyond the promotional time period, they should cancel within the allotted time.I appreciate this company for the property information provided; it's accurate and they give you vital information concerning properties and the surrounding environment. I found others who provides inaccurate information, nothing concerning the natural environment. Their memberships are pricier. I, sincerely, appreciate this company and I used their reports for means of information while purchasing my home. A wealth of information for a small price.
