    Called Dash Appliance Service and they sent a technician out. He worked on our oven for an hour and stated it needed several parts for the repair to take place. Explained that they needed an up front amount (to order parts for the repair) to have our Bosch Oven repaired. We paid him with a personal check.4 weeks later and multiple calls leaving messages to please let us know when it will be fixed we have decided that we have been duped out of our up front money. The company has not returned any of our calls or responded at all.So sad for all humanity when you cant trust companies to do work they are paid for!
