      Can't say I don't like there blankets, but what the owner ******* has done to her employees in the past is horrible. I'm assuming it hasn't changed since she goes through employees so quick. If I were you I'd just look for a different minky company to buy from. Don't support her..

      Unfortunately I've had the worst experience EVER with Aspyn Grove. I purchased plushies from a live show and they later came after me for more money as the "auctioneer was new" and misquoted me the price. In fact the lush was on sale and they made me pay the extra money anyway. I even asked to confirm the price I was paying. I gifted a plushie to my adult daughter for Christmas and it now has a rip in it and the stuffing is coming out. They have only a 14 day return policy and are telling me I have to pay shipping costs if I want them to fix it. No thank you. It didnt even last 2 months out of the bag. Purchased in November was in same shipping packaged until Christmas morning. What a shame. Expensive prices for cheap quality sewing. Shame on you Aspyn Grove.

      I purchased blankets from this company that were defective they offered to give me 20% REFUND but never received the refund told them i had not received and ******* said that it was sent but ****** never received the refunds. The owner is a Liar and a CHEAT.Do not Purchase from this company you will regret it....

      No customer service. Owner rude when asking for product delivery update or refund. Blocked then. PayPal refunded 30 days later because she doesnt respond to them either. Do not buy from.

      Zero customer service. Ordered a blanket in November. They sent me a small stocking instead of the $200 blanket I ordered. Still has not been resolved. They still have my money and my blanket I purchased. Horrible. Do not buy from here there are so many other companies that care about customers, this one does not. This company went down hill so fast they should be forced to close. I dont know how legally you can keep someones money and product over two months!

      Terrible customer service, long wait time just for tracking number, canceled my order and disputed to **** as I ordered Nov 27th and today is Dec 21 and still not even a tracking number. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY , they take your money fast but send wrong orders, and don't give tracking numbers, after waiting so long, do not believe this company, terrable

      This company cares more about money than customer service or happiness. They have orders from October (Christmas gifts) that havnt even shipped out. Yet they continue to sell items they cant ship in a timely manner. Absolutely no one answers messages on ******** and if you say something in a live stream they get mad and threaten to block you. Just tonight they went live for their Christmas party gloating about all the money they made off customers that dont get a Christmas now. They get expensive gifts and vacations but their customers have to wait 3 months for their order in the meantime. If you want true customer service and to receive what you buy in a correct manor I would suggest sew sweet minky or minkyholic They ship the very next day no matter what.
