    Booked for one night - they charged me for two. Called when I saw two postings on my card and they told me that as the booking was made within 7 days before the stay they would not be able to refund me but could offer me creditseven though it was a duplicate booking on their end.I was promised a refund by one member of staff then when 10 days had passed and I had still not received, I called again. I have now called over 10 times to try and get this resolved.Latest time, they asked my name and then put me on hold for 45 minutes (without letting me know I was going on hold). Needless to say they never came back.Worst customer service ive ever experienced and the stay itself was definitely not worth the money.

    Absolutely terrible!! Tried to cancel through Expedia but could not due to Expedia calling several times with no answer. Could not get refund. We did not stay there and will never return.

    Stayed at wander in ************. Worst experience Ive ever had. No working showers. No armed supervision. Not as advertised and filing a dispute with my credit card company. This is not safe, we are in bear country and have no bear boxes! Told to leave food in car next to tent. No electriy and no potable water. Buyer beware
