    About three weeks ago I took my 2020 ****** Camry to Jared ********************** business to get a new Audio system installed and paid him ***** dollars for the audio system install. Everything was working fine till just a week ago, my audio system is shorting out and cutting out the music and then comes back on again and shorts out again to the point to where I can't listen to the audio system. I called and emailed ***** several times and he didn't get back to me so I drove to his business and his business neighbors told me that he showed up with a trailer and moved all his equipment out and he didn't call me and let me know that he moved. All I want is for ***** to fix my audio system he installed to where it works perfect and doesn't short out electrically and stop playing music.

    My complaint is to Jared ********************** car and audio and design. On 6/16/2023 I sent ***** a email about my audio system cutting out on a regular basis and he set me up a appointment to check out what was wrong. ***** thought it was the equalizer, so he replaced the equalizer and ten minutes after I left his shop , my audio started cutting out again on a regular basis, and then Jared ********************** told me he was gonna order a audio processor that would take two months to arrive and it has been over five months and I have texted ***** several times and he takes a week or longer till he gets back to me and says he is still waiting for processor to arrive. Almost a year and ahalf ago I originally went and seen ***** because my audio system sounded very bad and he told me he could install a new audio system that would work great and sound great and my audio system never cut out on a regular basis until after ***** installed a new audio system and my nephew ***** has been a witness to what's going on with my audio that Jared ********************** has installed and my brother-in-law ***** is also a witness to all of this. I gave Jared ********************** ***** dollars and he thinks he has went out of his way to help me and it has been almost a year and ahalf and I can not listen to my audio or hook up my phone to my audio cause it cuts out on a regular basis. Going through this has really depressed me cause it has been a year and ahalf and I can't listen to my audio or hook up my phone to my audio and my family and my friends can't believe that my audio system is still cutting out on a regular basis a year and ahalf later. My audio system never cutted out on a regular basis till after Jared ********************** installed a new audio system.

    We have met with *** several times over the course of last year. His original appointment was on May 5th, 2023. We met with him and replaced parts to fix his issue for free 2 separate times with brand new product. We also worked on his car for free to address any issues he had. We worked on his car May 15th, May 23rd, June 27th, July 3rd, and on October 4th of 2023. Each time he left the system was working. He has complained that his radio is cutting in and out. We did not replace his radio or factory aux input which was his original complaint and why he wanted to upgrade his factory system. The processor he wanted us to install for free will have no bearing on the radio cutting in and out. We told him a processor is an option he can try, but in no uncertain terms would that guarantee a fix for his radio cutting out. It was solely a recommendation. He told us that he wanted to think about it, but we told him his radio would continue to cut out until it is replaced. The ultimate solution for his problem is having the dealership replace his factory radio, however he does not want to spend the money on a factory radio or want to go to the dealership. He believes that the dealership, ********************* sabotaged his radio. As an aftermarket car audio shop, we do not deal with factory parts. They also do not make the parts necessary to replace the radio with an aftermarket radio unless he does a Tesla style radio which is more expensive and he does not want to spend the additional money. The processor has been on back order. We have communicated that to him when he has asked. We do not respond to the series of text messages and harassment that he barraged us with about his conspiracy theories, suicide threats, and attempts to barter generators for the processor. We have refused service due to constant threats, slander, harassment and illegal substances found in his vehicle while working on it.
