      They make money based on how many hours the student takes to complete the course. The longer the student takes the more the school makes because it's paid X amount of dollars per hour. I was a considerable amount ahead of schedule which meant they were going to lose hundreds of dollars. The teachers started failing my assignments for reasons not on ths rubrics. I scheduled a meeting with the teacher who graded the assignments, I pulled out the rubric, the "failed" assignments and asked how I did not meat the criteria to get full points. I was told that they would grade ot how they want and I could redo the assignments with the new criteria or fail. This happened multiple times, I pointed out that they were being dishonest for failing assignments that met all the requirements when the assignments were turned in. I said it's clear they were just trying to slow me down by having to do all assignments twice so they can steal more money from me and the federal grant paying for the class. They just repeated that I can redo the assignments or fail. I quit the class and put "dishonest grading practices" on the paperwork when I quit. Because I stopped them from being able to steal all the money they could have from the grant they decided to put a fraudulent charge of over $700 on my account. I filed an appeal to remove the charge because they were being dishonest with the grading to steal more money. If they were not using dishonest grading to stall me so they can steal more money I wouldn't have quit the class. The appeal was denied without explanation.
