      I love this makeup and the customer service has been very accommodating and easy to work with. I haven't had any issues.

      They have a "love it" guaranteed program that states if you did not love the product you can return or exchange it, however, they do not stick with it and refused my return of their skin care which was very costly. The sponsors and customer service do not help you and most times their telephone number is "off".

      STAY AWAY! I have been trying to cancel an ongoing subscription for several months and no longer even have access to the address where they are sending the product they are shipping me for $100 a month. Beware: they have REMOVED AND DEACTIVATED their customer service number and the presenter who sold me the subscription can't deactivate it for me either. No one responds to my messages and emails, no email reminder is sent to which I can reply about the monthly charges any longer (they used to send this and it has stopped) and I have no recourse but to dispute the charges with my bank. I was a regular customer and this business has lost me as a customer for good.

      I love Younique products, especially skincare. My 2 presenters, whom I watch live and replays are wonderful and they always text me back with any questions I have with my orders. Yes, it is very pricey, but I try to fit it into my budget(everything is expensive)and take great care of my skin. The twisted mascara, liquid eye shadow, stick foundations, concealers, lip products, and blush and I would love to be able to buy their collagen shots one day. My only complaint(i have addressed it)is the shipping. ********** are so slow, so if you need products, order at least 2 weeks in advance.

      I have ordered the uology $182.. in product that Im allergic to I have tried to get a hold of yall through email I have tried to get a hold yall through call I cant get a hold of anything anybody I do not wanna spend another dime with this company if yall do not get back in touch with me. I have the collagen subscription every month I spend $200 with yall Im fixing to cancel that to somebody better get a hold of me!!!!!!
