    This website again is using my information illegally to drive business to their site. I am the owner of *************************** and I want my profile removed from your site. You are allowing people to leave slanderous comments on your site.

    Same story as everyone else. I've been trying to cancel my services with Manta as well. I totally agree with the comments about how difficult it is to reach them. Their business practices are very predatory, and it's impossible to remove credit card data. Our company paid about 6 months for SEO services. Everything was fine for the first two months, but when our first account representative left, the new one didn't reach out to us until almost a month later. It was during this period that I found out about the unethical nature of this company. Any company that hides its contact information, posts phone numbers to nothing, and is afraid of client interaction is not worth doing business with. I've learned my lesson and should have checked the Better Business Bureau (BBB) first. I had no choice but to request a chargeback through my credit card company. Strangely, Manta keeps emailing us weekly to update our credit card information. Our next step will be to send a certified letter to the address listed on the BBB website to cancel our service.

    Impossible to reach out to this company. Seems like a huge scam. We paid and cant get anyone to reach out to us, no access to the listing management services they charge for. We will be doing a chargeback if we dont hear back within 24 hours.

    I subscribed to MANTA fSEO Service for almost 1 year, and in that time, my ranking hardly moved. They kept telling me that my ranking is growing by showing me charts, but in actually, my website barly moved. I don't believe it was worth the money as I expected more.

    I have been trying to cancel my subscription for Mozzaz for about two weeks now, we have been with Manta for two years and are currently month-to-month. They are impossible to reach, I've submitted 5 requests to cancel my services and while they CLAIM that they will respond within ***** hours that is a lie. They will not allow you to remove your credit card information from their website without adding a new one, and will also not allow you to cancel your subscription without having it 'validated' through an agent. Honestly its very predatory practices overall especially when you are out of any given contract. I have tried calling them within their business hours stated on the website but of course there is nobody there to answer the call. Sharing this information so that others can beware when engaging with Manta - they will hold your information for ****** and drag out any cancellations as long as possible to milk you for as much as they can.

    After months of no improvement in results for multiple different subscriptions, seo adwords campaign and local listings manager I requested to cancel my service. It took months to finally get someone to confirm the service was canceled. Literally from November 2019 until February 2020. Fast forward to December 2023 I just happened to notice a pending payment for the listing manager service. Which I checked and it shows only 8% of my online listings information was correct. Which is insane constantly they have been charging me for 2 years 10 months for this service without my permission. I immediately emailed customer service requesting to cancel again and a refund for the unauthorized charges. I finally got a customer service representative to answer Wednesday December 13th and he emailed a confirmation of the cancelation request. But still hasn't refunded me the the even though I literally canceled again while the charge was still pending. He assured me that he would get back to me within 48 hours once he confirmed everything with his manager. It will be a week tomorrow morning with no response or refund. Horrible company, avoid like the plague. Terrible customer service and impossible to cancel if you ever start doing business with them.

    Manta is horrible, DO NOT sign up with them. It is a waste of time and money. They claim to sign you up on 70 + listings, you'll be lucky if they sign you up on 30. They botched my listings and now I have double listings which hurts my SEO ranking. They damaged my online presence. They also do not answer phone calls or emails, it takes a lot to get them on the phone and when you do, nothing gets resolved.

    I am writing this review to express my utmost frustration and disappointment with Manta's SEO and listing service, as my experience has been marred by their egregious negligence and lack of attention to detail. Not only did they delete every single photo I uploaded to my ****** business listing, but they also misspelled my business name and failed to rectify the mistake for an extended period of time.The deletion of my owner-uploaded ****** pictures is an unforgivable oversight on Manta's part. These photos were carefully selected to showcase the unique aspects of my business and attract potential customers. However, Manta's apparent lack of regard for my business's online presence resulted in the removal of these valuable assets. Not only did this reflect poorly on my business, but it also demonstrated a profound lack of professionalism and respect for their customers.To compound matters, Manta misspelled my business name on various directories and platforms. Despite my repeated attempts to bring this critical issue to their attention, it took them over a month and a half to rectify the mistake. This was an inexcusable delay that had significant consequences for my business's online reputation and searchability. Their lack of attention to detail and failure to promptly address such a glaring error raises serious doubts about the competence and commitment of Manta's team.I entrusted Manta with the important task of optimizing my business's online presence, expecting them to handle it with the utmost care and professionalism. Instead, I was met with a string of errors and a blatant disregard for the impact these mistakes would have on my business's image and discoverability. As a customer, I had anticipated a level of service that aligns with the fees charged by Manta. However, their inability to deliver on even the most basic aspects of their service has left me deeply dissatisfied.
