    I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Limitless Society regarding a transaction for the Limitless Arena 2024 conference, during which the company failed to uphold its commitments made at the time of purchase.

    Service Expected: A detailed schedule for the Limitless Arena 2024 conference to plan my attendance for specific events.

    Nature of the Dispute: Despite repeated assurances from the sales representative, Limitless Society failed to provide a schedule for the conference held on April 27, 2024. This omission rendered me unable to attend the sessions of interest to me, despite having been promised this information prior to the event.

    Attempt to Resolve: I have reached out to Limitless Society via phone, email, and social media channels provided in their contact details. My calls have gone unanswered despite multiple voicemails, and the only email response I received was a refusal to provide the schedule, directly contradicting what was promised by their sales team.

    Advertising Claims: The event was advertised through various channels, including billboards, social media, and direct phone calls. The sales representative explicitly advertised the provision of a conference schedule, which was a decisive factor in my decision to purchase the tickets.
    Given the above circumstances, I feel that I have been misled and denied the service that was sold to me. As such, I am requesting a full refund of the $126.04 I paid for the conference. The failure to provide the promised schedule not only resulted in financial loss but also in a missed opportunity to engage with the conference in a meaningful way.
