    I visited their site once from an affiliate link, because I was curious. I looked briefly at the products but didn't do anything else. I also did NOT provide my email address, so they must have stolen it through the affiliate link.Ever since then they've sent me an email EVERY DAY. I did not consent to these spam emails and have reported and blocked their email.Based on the other reviews, they seem to be scammers as well as spammers. Stay away from this company and DO NOT CLICK ON AFFILIATE LINKS.

    STEER CLEAR FROM CREATE ROOM! They have POOR QUALITY furniture! I ordered a Dreambox 2, a Sew Station, and a Dream Cart. Every single piece of furniture arrived damaged as well as every single replacement part. I paid inexcess of $6,000 for furnitue which arrived damaged. This is completely unacceptable. When I finally had someone call me from create room, *******************, he tried to tell me that the product is made of quality parts. He completely disregarded my experience. Was of no help in resolving the issue. I would encourage you to go elsewhere. IKEA is a much better option in quality compared to Create Room for a MUCH CHEAPER price. I would NEVER recommend Create Room. Their quality is highly unsatisfactory and leaves much to be desired.

    Absolute garbage company trying to take advantage of individuals. Order was not received and they use a third party "logistics tracking" company to provide falsified shipping information. Even on the made up shipping tracking, it still shows that "Made in *******" products are going through *********.Luckily, made a smaller purchase figuring that if it worked out great, if not, oh well. Will be going through the credit card company to get my money back.

    Created order and paid on October 10, 2023. I have yet to receive shipping confirmation. Have reached out, multiple times, to Support at create room US and have not gotten any response. 7weeks later and still no response.

    Doors consistently fell apart - even after replacement. A lot of money to spend for poor quality. Poor customer service - wont stand behind their product. Great concept, poor execution.

    Never received my product after paying for it. No answer to my emails. This is truly a scam. Advertising under several different companies.I consider myself lucky as I didnt pay close to what some paid.Ill find someone to custom build before I trust any of these companies selling the Dreambox.
