    I've now had Welink for 3 months, and it's time for an initial review.There are 4 ppl in the house, with 20 devices online (heavy tech family).Last week, the fastest download speed was 1.64Gpbs, and upload was 1.62Gbps. It occasionally gets closer to 2 but averages around 1.6. There were 137 threats blocked and ****** ads blocked. I have 2 Eero routers for the size of the house (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs) and have had zero connectivity issues.There has been no buffering on streaming services and no interruptions to internet connectivity. I couldn't be happier with the Welink price or service.I initially kept *** online because I wasn't sure how well Welink would work. After a week I disconnected *** and happily returned their modem. I had constant issues with *** service and reliability. I am so happy they are out of my life finally.The salesperson checked in regularly as the order progressed and after installation. Unheard of from ***. The installer took 3 hours and took his time to do it right. He even ran the cables exactly as I requested so the termination point is in my closet where I wanted it. Everyone I've worked with has been very professional and nice. I've had no need to call the office because I've had no problems.

    Service launch in the ********, ** area was flawed from the beginning, radios with firmware problems resulting in no redundancy, then cancellations of seed homes resulting in no redundancy, the equipment failures from heat resulting in outages, then line of sight issues resulting in outages during light breezes, then more equipment outages, more mid day business hour maintenance windows, and smaller bandwidth and higher latency.Dont do business with WeLink as either a paying customer or a seed home. They dont understand how to run an ISP business, have traumatized and numb employees who are apathetic, make poor equipment choices for the environment, and have SLAs below 80%. I have already cancelled my service and I am switching to ****** Fiber as I would rather pay $70 a month for reliability than pay $1 a month for terrible service. But wanted to leave this review for others to prevent them from making the same mistake I made. Now I am waiting to for them to take their equipment off my home and I promise I will use a magnifying glass on every area their wiring and equipment touched to make sure that they restore the roof and stucco to pre-service conditions.

    I had welink about a year ago. It was terrible from the word go. I am very happy I kept my *** subscription as well because I work from home and do conference calls all the time. I had glitch after glitch. The **** routers/modems would not work with most of my house and I even contacted the CEO through ******** and he did respond. He said he would look into it, but that was basically a brush off as they never would be able to solve the issues. If you need super reliable internet be sure to do you research as it was not at all for me and they used to advertise 700 mbps up and down. I noticed that they no longer advertise that? Wonder why? ****.

    My whole experience with this company has felt like a scam. The strange link you use to sign up to pay the bill, to the odd phone calls for customer service. I ended up canceling before my 30 days because the internet service was no better than the Centurylimk Ive had for 10 years. I have called and texted about having the equipment removed from roof and have had no one call me yet to set an appointment. The equipment on my roof was not as stated by the salesperson, it is an awful black wire running down my house over the eve. I actually distrust the company so much I turned off my credit card in case they decided to charge me. Hopefully someone will respond and remove the equipment, it looks awful and is an embarrassment. Ive been waiting about 2 weeks for them to remove this equipment with no one contacting me. Im a teacher, single mom; dont have time for this frustration. I feel scammed.

    I truly believe this is a scammed fake business.. they have been trying to get me internet services for the past month! They keep sending random person over and I keep getting text messages to put in my debit card on file!! Why do I need to do that if I get a month free!!! I dont understand you guys even hooked up a line on my roof and nothing you guys came to my house 5 times!!! For what???I have children and a newborn that Im carrying for and for you guys to come whenever is so inconvenient!!! So wrong!!! Always getting the run around and the techs and sells rep are horrible they dont even tell you whats going on they said we will get you hooked up today and then in 3hours of doing NOTHING they leave and say nothing!!! Like what the hell!!! Im very mad that Im being scammed!! Please do not do business with these scammers!!!

    Ive been a customer of ********************** since November 2021. So far the experience has been excellent. We have dozens of devices in our house and my kids are gamers! Our speeds are way faster than they were with our previous provider and definitely a lot cheaper! Its not perfect. We still have slow speeds once every four or five months, but with our previous ***************** it was a couple of times a week!

    Simply stated - I have not cursed this much since I was in college. In fact, we realized anytime any of us in this house uses one particular 3-word phrase, is the internet down is usually the question that follows. Day or night their service is not dependable. The outages are bizarre, its like they are drop-shipping internet service. It will go out for hours at a time and they will say its intermittent.The BOT encouraged me to write a review instead of filling a complaint but you know as I was reading the reviews, I think the next step is to contact the **** So many times I have called customer service and their recording will list the cities where service is down but when you get a rep on the phone they say its only a few customers in those cities. It doesnt make any sense unless they are not as large as they claim to be and cant afford an IVRU. If you live in ****, ** why should you care if *********, ** customers dont have service. WeLink should not be allowed to operate if they cant provide consistent service.

    BUYER BEWARE!!!! I signed up for service in 2019 based upon the promise that my bill would be cut in half after 60 months. After paying a higher rate for 40 months, I started having problems with their service. Instead of fixing the problem, they simply terminated my service, months before my bill was to be cut in half. WeLink chose to terminate my service instead of fixing the problem. WHAT A SCAM!

    At WeLink, we do everything we can to resolve customer concerns if they are unhappy with any part of our service. In this particular case, the highest levels of management eagerly worked to resolve this customers concerns. Many customer service representatives spoke with this customer for hours, but the customer would not accept the answer that our network depends on multiple radios that are placed on homes to create a mesh network that supports all of our customers in the area. This customers immediate network needed a replacement radio in the mesh network to provide consistently high speeds. The customer had continual internet service during this time but with intermittent slower speeds.Rather than wait for the radio replacement, the customer stated he wanted to terminate the contract and threatened legal action if WeLink did not provide financial compensation. We provided another offer for the customer to consider and we noted that service would be terminated in 30 days if the customer did not respond to the offer. The customer did not responded to our offer within the 30 day window, so the customer elected to continue the service for 30 days and then end. The decision to terminate had nothing to do with the customer being over a year away from receiving a discount. The decision was made after the customer stated they wanted to terminate their contract, demanded excessive money, and failed to respond to our offer.

    Welink is the worst internet provider. Like the other review, my internet is down constantly. I work from home and was sold their internet on a bunch of lies. I was told they were putting in a redundant link yet my internet is still down constantly. I was told they replaced upstream radios, more lies. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I despise liars welink, and you employ nothing but liars.
