  This was one of the WORST experiences Ive ever had. DO NOT and I mean NEVER do business with Lendbase LLC. Total scam operation. They gave me only two horrible refinance options, both with higher rates than my current loan why would anyone agree to that? Its a trap.They promised me $5,000 back and I NEVER got it. Just straight-up fraud.The app is broken and useless, and the customer service is a complete joke. Stay away from ***** *******, **** *****, and ***** ******** they will lie to you, ignore you, and leave you hanging. Absolutely no accountability.These people are scammers, frauds, and crooks. I feel totally ripped off and misled. Im warning everyone: dont even think about trusting this company with your money. Youll regret it. I wish I could give negative stars. Lendbase LLC should not be in business.

  I'm really sorry you feel this way and left this review. You signed a legally binding agreement with LENDBASE. In that agreement you knew your platform fee was non refundable. We even have documented proof that you understood this and even clarified that the platform fee was non refundable before you hired our team and paid the fee. Your claim is completely false and dishonest. Our team has communicated clearly with you and even delivered offers for financing to you. Also in that legally binding agreement, LENDBASE clearly represented itself as a broker. As such we are not in control of the pricing that lenders offered you. Our job was to represent your project and obtain market offers to meet your loan request. I'm sorry you found them unacceptable. The financing offers are not a reflection of the work that LENDBASE performed on your behalf, but a representation of the risk your circumstances merit from the market today. Though we tried to resolve this with you directly, you refused to have a phone call to resolve your concerns.

  I have learned a lot from lendbase especially from ******* she help to guide me in the right direction regarding my paperwork. Very helpful, always ready to take calls even on the weekends. This deal had it twist and turns but we got through it with her experience.

  I'm an SBA lender and recently closed a loan that was referred to me by LendBase. The deal turned out to be far more complicated than all originally anticipated. Thanks to the communication and dedicated efforts of LendBase, we were able to navigate some very difficult challenges and get the loan closed! SBA lending is seldom straightforward, its nice to have a partner that is ******* in their communication throughout the process and works diligently to find solutions to problems when they arise.

  **** upfront. They might be possibly be the worst communicators Ive ever worked with. Gave no updates and provided the worst term sheet ive seen in my entire career on the 10th day so they wouldnt have to refund me. Ended up calling credit unions myself and found terms that were 3x better. They refused to refund any portion of my retainer. Theyre just not good at their job and are doing bad business. Its on me for going with a firm that charges up front. Any good brokerage will only take pay if you succeed. Go read the countless entries about them on bigger pockets and see for yourself.

  I'm really sorry you had a poor experience with our team. I reviewed the notes and it does show we delivered options for financing to the loan officer who referred you to ** within the performance promise period. I also show a note that the seller financing terms were a challenge surrounding your loan request. There are several updates on your file in our CRM but I show that our main point of contact was the loan officer that introduced you to LENDBASE. I see you hired ** on 08/4/2022. Our agreements are in place for 365 days and we would be happy to pivot to a new request and work directly with you if there is another project you are working on.

  The experience and result was a great success!My partners and I are in the process of opening a bar in ***** and we had an exceptionally difficult time finding a lender. We all have great credit but no collateral, so we were looking for an SBA loan. We must've reached out to 15 different banks, sent them all our metrics and other materials for the business we prepared and no luck. I stumbled on LendBase by mistake via meeting a commercial realtor at a local business gathering and she put me in contact with their office. We were beginning to become desperate after so many denials (very few lenders will fund hospitality based businesses) and although I was quite nervous about paying their fee we moved forward since we were pretty much out of other options. I see sometimes people leave negative comments because of their upfront fee but I understand that businesses need to be paid for their work and I don't think it's that big of a deal. They were very helpful and the guy we worked with kept us informed as he was reaching out to various lenders on our behalf. The lender we were finally paired with is a bank out of ********* and we definitely never would have found them if we hadn't met LendBase. I would recommend anyone who needs the extra assistance with their financing struggles to reach out to LendBase.
