    As others have stated here, we receive dozens of calls from Unishippers despite our demand to be removed from their calling list. Blocking their phone number is futile because they call from a different number. We're trying to run a business and they're wasting our time and theirs, and angering my employees with multiple calls. Please make it stop.

    I work at a small business that manufactures and sells water coolers. We use varying freight companies to send/receive pallets of purchases/sales. Unishippers has called us 7 times in the past week in an attempt to get more information regarding our shipping needs to try and get our business. I have asked 3 times to be added to the do not call list or removed from their prospective call list, but they keep calling us back after the request. We cannot block the number as they would just ring a different line, but I just want them to respect out request to be removed from the list.

    This customer is being contacted by another ********************** franchisee.  I do not show her in my database.  I contacted ***** and have put steps in place to stop the unwanted calls from happening.  I will also assist in the future if the calls ever happen again.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I was unaware this company was franchised and the complaint went on record for the ************** branch, but that is not the specific location that has been harassing us. If there's a way to transfer or remove the complaint from this location I'd be interested in hearing how to do so.

    The representative who contacted me was very helpful and went above and beyond in trying to help resolve this matter.

    Franchisees from Unishippers cold call our main line several times a week to sell us shipping logistics that we are not interested in. We have requested to be removed from their call lists, and the calls persist. We have called their corporate office to be either transferred to a random individual's private phone not affiliated with Unishippers or to be sent to a non-client facing department with no knowledge of the internal information distribution channels and are unable to provide any reasonable assistance other than telling us "good luck."The franchisees continually tell us that they receive master call lists from Unishippers, and Unishippers is stating that the franchisees perform their own research to determine worthwhile sales clients.

     I have no record of my franchise, Ashby Logistics, LLC dba Unishippers of Salt Lake ever contacting this person or company.  We have over 200 independent offices all over the country that might have contacted him.  I would be happy to **** his company as protected in our database, this should scrub him from most lists.  If another franchise contacts him in the future, they would be breaking our internal rules of engagement.

    He may have been trying to file a complaint with our corporate office and filed with me since I am the ************** franchisee, and our corporate office is in *********.  The address for our corporate office is Unishippers Global Logistics, ******************************************************************************** 84047.

    The franchise reached out to me and let me know that they have scrubbed our information from the national list, and any future calls represent a violation to the Rules of Engagement for Unishippers franchisers that will result in penalties.
