    I did everything I could to reason with the company before leaving a negative review. I don't like to tarnish anyone's reputation, but I feel it's important to protect others from making bad investments. After a 30-minute sales call, I was convinced to purchase the full 12-month contract upfront for their "Maps" package. I paid with money I didn't have and saved 10% through the upfront payment. However, in the 12 months that they worked on their "magic", I didn't receive a single phone call.The sales agent I spoke to had a convincing presentation that made me believe I needed both their Maps and Reviews packages. Since I couldn't afford both, I was told that I needed to handle the Reviews portion myself. I reached out to everyone I had worked with and asked for positive reviews, which they were happy to provide. However, the reviews didn't show up on ******* and when I reached out to ***** about it, he gave me excuses and said to wait. After several months, ***** suggested that we trash my original ****** Business Profile (GBP) and create a new one to get the reviews to show up. We started a new profile, and the same people provided me with positive reviews again. This time, the reviews showed up, but despite constant reassurances that "next month you'll start to see calls coming in," I never received a single call.In the 11th month, I received an email about renewing my contract for another year. At this point, I was fed up and told ***** to cancel it. When ***** tried to give me excuses, I pointed out our initial agreement, where I was told that getting consistent positive reviews would be the same as if I had purchased both Maps and Reviews. I was disappointed and frustrated with their false promises, and I warn others to stay away from this company. I question whether their "example clients" are even real.TLDR: I spent $2,000.00 and didnt receive one single phone call in a full year, when I was told I would get 2 per week
