    Horrible experience returning the product that was ordered and canceled within 24 hrs. Horrible. Not ethical, deceiving. I had to speak to at least 10 support people and still Not resolved. Never again. This is the worst ever experience.

    purple ******* went flat after a year and 4 months. reached out to CS to see if they can do anything and below is the response I got. It's like they know that their product is not good after a year. and the customer service is not great. this response is awful. Basically "sucks to be you" "I'm very sorry to hear about the issues with the Harmony ******* We don't expect them to become flat so soon. I hope it was wonderful for you otherwise! I wish I could do more for you, but since you are outside the warranty period, we will not be able to refund or exchange this item."

    BUYER BEWARE! As you can tell the BBB is not on our side at all purple got an A+ rating yeah right! that's because they pay into the BBB to get that high rating anyhow we got our purple mattress 6 days ago we paid (((( $9,700.00 )))) we bought the hybrid premier 4 king split with the ascent adjustable base and some sheets. my wife's mattress is defective and it looks like a deflated air mattress with ******** around the mattress called purple 4 times the second call I was told to send pictures of the bed, the base, and the order number on the bed really.... so we did still nothing from the warranty department called today and the offered 5% off the bed I don't want 5% off I want what I paid for! READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU BUY! and make sure you can afford an attorney you may need to retain one! long story short you're going to lose money with this company!

    Great customer service and flexibility with *********************** exchange process! I had met the last of my 100 day trial period and was out of town for a month so Purple extended my trial period to allow me to upgrade to a softer mattress once I was back.I started with the Purple Plus, which wasnt soft enough. I hope that the Purple Premier 3 ends up being a better softer mattress for me.

    We bought the purple Premier for mattress and the base for a king size bed. The mattress was great for about a month than once the trial period is done it felt like I was sleeping in jello. After trying to get money back from the store we bought from or exchange for something else they would not allow. This bed has caused me extremely painful and chronic lower back pain. I would prefer to sleep on floor over this bed. After spending over $5,000 I am so upset we need to now look for another bed. Plus figure out how to get this 450 lbs mattress out of here!

    i ordered several things on 07/16/22 including a mattress. the mattress says it will take 4-7 days to ship. i called and used the live chat on 07/23/22 asking where my bed was and i was told it would be delivered today on 07/30/22. the day before i got rid of my previous bed to make room for the new one. when the day comes after a 12 hour overnight shift i was hoping to get some sleep on my new bed. the only thing that was brought to me was the headboard and platform. i will never use this company again.
