      Company does not stand by their products.. Told me to go back to the seller, not them who manufactured this.. Will never buy another product from this company.

      Upset with ordering online, theyve made two of my orders continuous monthly shipment. So Ive had orders shipped twice, have been charged double the price. Rather than try to correct the problem, theyre making it very difficult to get a refund. Do want to add, my upline is great, she is always very helpful. The products are a good quality.

      Our website offers both a one-time purchase and a subscription option for all our products. You did choose the subscription price that clearly states that the default frequency is every 30 days, which is when you received your second shipment. Our 90-day return policy does allow you to return the product for a refund. Therefore we offered to refund the product once it is returned. Please contact Customer Support at ************** if you have any other questions about your return and refund.

      Dont get me wrong, they have Excellent products but the wait time for the order shipment is ridiculous. Ive waited 3 days for a overnight and Ive waited up to 9 days for free shipping but it says 2-3 days. This isnt ****, if someone places an order, it should be shipped out first thing the next day, not when you can get to it. I ordered Monday night, its Wednesday evening and you dont have a tracking number, come on. Honestly just order from Amazon!!

      The tracking states the order placed in September 2022 was received by the customer within the 5 business days we guarantee for free standard shipping.

      Some of their products are good but they feel free to charge customers' credit cards at will for bogus account renewals?! When I wrote to complain they increased their charge. This company was sold and made public. Ever since they use their customers' credo cards as a piggy bank and their products keep decreasing quality. Very sad to watch.
