      November 2, 2022 was when I purchased a ring from this business. It is a Tungsten ring, a 9mm Gold Tungsten Carbide USMC Marine Anchor Globe.. It is a size 13. It did not fit, and I returned the ring in letter form immediately. The ring was wrapped in the return documentation and was taped to prevent it from opening. I heard nothing from this business for two weeks. They finally responded to me and told me that the letter had been rejected because it was damaged and the ring was gone. Why would you wait three weeks to tell me that? I told the same thing to Amazon, which was who I ordered this ring through. Both this business and Amazon have done nothing to correct this issue. The Amazon order number is ******************* and I paid $41.34 for this ring. Amazon is supposedly working on it right now, so you can call them at ###-###-####.

      I don't believe this company. Why take the tape off if there was a hole cut in the top of the letter? They took the paperwork out and flattened it down more and then re-sealed the letter. The ring was inside the paperwork. ******* ** ******** Complaint #********

      This was the return slip for the ring. It was inside the sealed letter. The ring was inside the paperwork. You woul have had to open the letter to get it out. I think the cut in the top of the letter was done after it was sealed. ******* ******** Case#********
