      Cristianne provided extremely poor quality related to permanent makeup services she provided me !!! I had to go to another makeup artist to get an emergency removal!!!

      My eyebrows are complete different shapes, heights, & lengths and just generally uneven & crooked!!! Red flags I ignored but should have used to run for the hills…. 1) I got a text saying she had a cancellation and if I could come earlier because she had to be somewhere by 3p. Mind you, my appointment was supposed to be at 1:30p so that means she was just going to rush through my appointment so she could be somewhere at 3p. 2) There was no mapping done just free hand drawing with a brow pencil. I showed her a picture of how I do my eyebrows and she did not successfully recreate them. 3) The initial free hand was completely different shapes, lengths, and heights so they had to be redrawn an abnormal number of times. 4) I showed her how I mapped my own eyebrows on and then she started to attempt to “eyeball” map and draw/color them on again 5) She works out of her home with a spa table setup in her front room with her kids walking in & out (with the 16 yr old outbursting her need to poop) and her dog barking in the other room. Had I not asked for the dog to be put away it would have been roaming around as she did my eyebrows. 6) Prior to starting, I explained my eyebrows were really important to me and was very candid in asking her if she was comfortable with what I was needing/wanting/expecting. And she gave a wavering response that anything could be touched up. Sadly, there was no way to touch up the disaster created with my eyebrows!!!

      My eyebrows did not turn out even close to what the final drawn on eyebrows looked like so I was very shocked when I got a good look at them for the first time. THEY ARE TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EYEBROWS IN TERMS OF SHAPE, HEIGHT, LENGTH, and POSITIONING!!! I would like a full refund!
