      So far so good. It was easy to use and I am seeing dead black widows around the outside of my porch. The customer service was really nice as they ended up replacing my first order that was lost in the mail for free as soon as I reached out. 10 out of 10.

      Since Pestie claims same or next business day shipping, i ordered the product hoping to get it soon. It took 10 days and thats a lot of time to deliver something within the **. From **** to *********!!! I was going out for a vacation and contacted to cancel. They gave a partial refund since the first order was shipped. Told me to use upon my return. I am back and the package clearly says use within a certain date for best result!!! I find their claim about shipment misleading.

      I'm so sorry to hear about this experience, ****** It sounds like your order may have gotten lost in transit. While we do ship out the same or the next business day, **** delivery can sometimes take 35 days, and occasionally, packages take an unexpected detour or go missing altogether. When that happens, we're always happy to send a free replacement right away or a free return label if it arrives late and you no longer need it.Also, regarding the date on your box, I am so sorry for the confusion; it's just a gentle reminder to help you stay on track for the best results with our products, not an expiration date.Thank you so much for your feedback.       I placed an order for pestie products with a one year subscription. Come to find out, these are not professional pest control products that are sent to your door but common ones you can find online. I cancelled the subscription renewal after about a month. They emailed me back, and asked if I was sure I wanted to cancel. I said yes please cancel my subscription. They emailed again with another offer and asked if I still wanted to cancel. I couldn't have been more clear in the previous email, so I said cancel my subscription. I didnt receive another email after that. Last month I see a charge on my credit card from pestie for $136. I email them again and tell them to cancel my subscription, and told them I already cancelled. Several days goes by and I have a package at the door from pestie. I email them again and tell them I would like a refund. I never heard back from them and they just issued a partial refund of $102. This company is ridiculous and unscrupulous. Don't trust this company as they are dishonest and dont communicate for their own benefit.

However, because we partner with leaders in the industry, some of the products that are in our lineup are not in the Pestie Home Barrier family, but I can assure you we only send pro-grade products to all our customers. This offers us the flexibility to always send the best products in each state at the right time of year. While some of these products can be found at other retailers, we provide an optimized schedule that rotates between products, only send what you need so you never have to worry about storage, and try to remove any guesswork from DIY pest control.We also understand that our subscription model isn't for everyone, and we try to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible.
