      I have paid a $150 consult fee & had cancelled with plenty of notice due to ongoing health circumstances in my life. I had never been told this amount I paid wouldn’t had been refunded due to any circumstances let alone my health conditions. My circumstances have changed the course of my life. The company has been difficult to contact (I have left numerous voicemails) with hardly any response back & the timing of anyone calling me back which is hardly ever is always late in the day (before they close) I can never get ahold of anyone to resolve my issue. I want comfort in knowing companies can’t just steal peoples money. It’s not okay companies get away with stealing from people that have legitimate reasons to not move forward with a procedure. I had absolutely no idea I would have been dealing with such a headache.
