BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning delivery, refund, and customer service issues. Specifically, consumers report not receiving prescriptions that they’ve been charged for and then being denied refunds. It is also reported that the business is unresponsive via email, text, chat, and voicemail. On April 25, 2025, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. The business has responded and stated that they received an increased number of complaints starting in April 2025 due to an FDA update, which caused delayed response times. They have informed us that their team is in the process of developing a dashboard to identify tickets that are older than 48 hours.
