So i purchased their trading program and they had a monthly charge of 379.99 and i clearly told the salesguy that i don't think i can pay that every month and he assured me that I will not be charged anything until i turn profitable. Unfortunately that was not what happened. I had texted the salesperson and he said i will get that taken care of. I got charged for 4 months of charges where i have messages from the sales person that those charges will be taken care of. But when i looked at my card statements they were not revered in fact i was getting charged every month and they did not do anything about it. I have attached screenshots of the conversation that took place with the sales person for reference. When i got in touch with the support they said they cannot reverse those charges, this is absolutely horrible business practice. I would encourage not to do business with this company at all since they do not stand by on what they actually say. No business ethics what so ever they do not stand by their words at all and come up with a reason that we gave you some credits in the past so we cannot give you more even though their sales person actually said he will take care of the charges. Please help me to get my money back and a solution to this problem. For other looking to do business with this company please take your money elsewhere. You cannot trust these guys as they will not do what they say.
