I purchased some apple cider vinegar gummies online, price shown was different from what the price was once order confirmation was emailed to me. I instantly emailed customer service asking to cancel the order as price was incorrect. No response from the company. Tried calling several times, no answer. Product arrived and there was no paperwork in the package as to where to return the package. Tried to access their website (*****************************) and it says “404 forbidden”. Also tried to find “zaggy totally tech” (which is what the charge came through from), found nothing, Called the bank to dispute the charge and it was closed because it says the merchant delivered goods to customer and that I didn’t return item. How can I return something when I don’t know where to send it and when I cannot get a hold of anyone? I then googled the return address on the package to find out it was a staples location in Utah, where I was told this companys box using ipostal is under review because so many packages have been returned. I explained to them this company is scamming people and they agreed. I also googled many reviews of people running into the same situation. They advertise one price and charge more, leaving the customer scammed and out of money. What was supposed to cost me $30 and some change plus shipping came to $249! This is a total scam, and I cannot believe my bank is not standing behind this. I have proof of email trying to contact these people within minutes of placing the order, and screenshots of other reviews. Total scam. I need help getting my money back. Would gladly return unopened merchandise, if I knew where to send it back. Please HELP me get my money back. Please. I don’t even know the real name of this company, as I mentioned website is forbidden and charge came through as Zaggy totally tech, which doesn’t seem to have anything to do with apple cider vinegar gummies. The only address I have is the staples location that the company dropped off package from. They use ipostal and their box # is ****.
