      On August 4, I ordered keto apple cider vinegar gummies from the healthynutrachoice website. They had a buy 2, get 2 free, with free shipping option. This option also showed the bottles would cost 46.25 each. I went through with the transaction but it did not show a total amount as I paid for it. I didn’t think anything of it but next day I got an email showing I was charged for all 4 bottles, plus shipping. My total was not $92 (the cost of 2 bottle), but 189 dollars plus extra 15 for shipping and two additional items (cleanse diet and garcinia diet bottles).
      I immediately emailed customer service and notified them of the error. I sent pictures of the offer on their website which showed a different and lower amount. I added that I did not want to buy 4 bottles if it was not buy 2 get 2 free as it showed, at 46.25 each.
      The merchant never replied to my email. The next day thy sent a message that the item was shipped. I called customer service number on the email but it lead me to an error message. I then called the number used on my bank charge and was able to talk to customer service. The first customer service agent (Raj) did not want to disclose her full name and told me she could only give me a credit of 30% or for me to return the items and get charged 20%. She refused to let me speak to a manager and said the manager was not available for customers. A second agent told me the manager only communicates by email.

      the website photo is attached. It seems the link does not work anymore, which makes me think they are scamming customers.
