1 starTerrible Experience with MyAdvice *********** Stay Away!I typically never write negative reviews, but I feel its necessary to warn others about MyAdvice ***********. I wish I had researched this company before signing up because the experience has been an absolute nightmare from start to ********* business has seen no improvement whatsoever after months of working with them, and the results, or lack thereof, are frustrating. The effort they put into my office was minimal at best and, in my opinion, a complete waste of both time and money. They take your monthly payments but offer zero tangible results or solutions. If you ask them about the progress of your website or your business, all you get is vague responses and numbers that don't mean anything.I was even pressured to upgrade my plan for "better results"and let me tell you, that was a total scam. I was promised improved outcomes, but instead, my business actually slowed down. When I asked for concrete proof of how my business was improving, they couldnt provide any. Just numbers with no explanation to back them up.I initially signed on with MyAdvice in November 2023, and my goal was to work with them for a year and then go month-to-month. However, when I tried to cancel my services, I was shocked to find out that they had renewed my contract for another year without my consent. This was never discussed or agreed upon, and it feels like they intentionally misled me into staying longer than I ********* conclusion, MyAdvice *********** is a scam. They are only interested in taking your money and offering zero real value in return. If you care about your business and want results, do yourself a favor and stay as far away from them as possible.Review fromCasey G

I've been working with MyAdvice for a few years now, they have done great work and improvments to my website as well as my SEO. The customer service is top notch, I love that you can actually speak with a person on the phone if necessary. They aslo are efficient in answering emails and they have a great user friendly platfrom to manage all your stuff in one location. Great for leads, reviews and reporting. One service I dropped early on was the social media posting, they could not be specific for the serivces I offered and was creating a little extra work on our end in editing those posts. But otherwise, I would defintely recommend this company for your website design, hosting and SEO.MyAdvice

I found the services provided by this marketing company to be quite expensive relative to the value delivered. Despite investing in their "review power" and "social media power" offerings, I found the former to be a mere facilitation of personal outreach that I have to do myself and the latter to consist of subpar stock photos. I had to ask them to stop posting any of the photos on my social media because it was embarrassing (but I still have to pay for it) Additionally, despite opting for a higher tier SEO package, the results have been underwhelming, limited to a few spam emails. Given the considerable monthly investment of nearly 2k, I expected more tangible outcomes. While their suggestion to solicit more reviews is appreciated, it's a task I could handle independently. Furthermore, the contractual obligation they enforce adds to the frustration of an unsatisfactory experience.Moreover, I entrusted your company to create a dedicated page on my website for Morpheus8, providing before and after pictures for reference. However, I was dismayed to discover that none of the provided images were incorporated into the page, and the content was merely a replication of the text I had previously supplied.Also, I found out about this company because they said they worked with Aesthetic Record... Well that is very hard to believe when they did not know how to put aesthetic records booking portal on my website and told me to reach out to aesthetic record to find out how.Let me know if you have any questions!MyAdvice

********, it's best to outline the facts. 1. We took over your existing website as part of the website transfer and launched it on our servers on March 28, 2024. We spent over 3 hours in April correcting the many errors on your website like typos, wrong calls to action, and filler text. We then went above and beyond and created a sticky header to help improve conversions. 2. You requested the Morpheus8 content in April. Since all of your time had been used to fix. your website, we provided you with a cost to do that in April or suggested you could wait until May. We wrote the original content in May and have the old content to show the differences. 3. We do know how to add Aesthetic Record's code and have done it many times. We ask you and AR for the code on several occasions and still haven't received it. 4. We had calls scheduled with you May 13th, then May 20th. You didn't show up for either to talk about the marketing progress or next steps. 5. Call held on May 23rd to talk about your social media. As we explained at the beginning the ************ software allows you to schedule posts, reels, stories and see all of your analytics in one spot. You also don't need an additional 3rd party software for scheduling as this cost less than other national brands. As an added bonus, we do provide content 3-4x a week for practices. The content can be too generic for some and for some, it's a huge benefit. 6. When we took over your local listings 10 weeks ago, your accuracy was 5%, it's now 95% accurate and has generated 25 phone calls. The website has generated 60 new leads during that time period in emails and phone calls. Some spam leads are part of the game for everyone. We are more than happy to walk you through all of the specifics again. Please feel free to give us a call.
