    If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I wouldn't use them if they paid me to do the job!! We are an advertising house and they could care less so I can't imagine what regular customers get. I'll we have had with them is a headache. Their contract says that they would be done in 2 days and they were supposed to start in Oct '24. They didn't start until Dec '24 and they aren't done yet. Their work doesn't hold up as they messed up with the beginning inspector and it has gotten worse since. They lie to you and say 1 thing and then do something completely different. The siding installers had to rip off what they just started as it was wrong, big time. They weren't supposed to take payment in full and they still did. I asked for half the money back and was told not a chance. The work was only about 30 percent done, as well. They put new raingutters on and they don't even drain. The water goes the opposite way of the downspout. Their communication is the worst I have ever seen!! They kept wanted me to sign off on the job and I told them I will when it looks like someone that knew what they were doing works on the job. They thought I was making it up and blew me off. Once they finally came out, they said it looked like crap! Our sofit and facia leak and they keep saying it's the roofs fault, when it didn't leak before they worked on the house. I could go on and on but save your money and hire a company that you can trust and be proud of their work. DO NOT USE HERO HOME!!!
