This company supposedly allows corporations to reward their employees based on a point system. They offer you to be able to purchase items based on said points. However they falsely advertise what is available on their site and say that Amazon won’t deliver items because of size when I have had much bigger items delivered by Amazon in that last year. They even delivered a chicken coop to my house that weighs more than double what I tried to order and came in a bigger box with free delivery. This company advertised a grill on their site that sells on Amazon for under $600 for 1184 points. I had more than enough points, 1200 to be exact, and they refused to fulfill the order saying Amazon that won’t deliver to my home and I needed to pick a different address. So I tried again using my work address and again they said Amazon won’t deliver there. I have received many Amazon packages at both addresses both large and small. I also checked amazons website and it does say if I order directly from them they can deliver to my address. However I can’t order directly from Amazon because I have to spend the points on the Awardco website. They did not provide a sales order number so I can contact Amazon myself to inquire about this. I feel this is a bait and switch company. They advertise high end stuff then make you settle for less. I feel my companies money they spent trying to reward me for 15 years of hard work and dedication has been waisted on this company’s scam. If they are not going to deliver something they should not advertise it on their site.

I had ordered a gift card through my company for $50.00 They sent me a virtual gift card I think
I have not opened or activated a virtual card. I can not use a virtual card I have no wallet on my phone. I don’t plan or want to order anything on line. And it’s not what I ordered. When I called costumer service he refused to do anything refused to let me talk to a supervisor. He emailed me his supervisors email. I’ve tried to contact his supervisor many times no responce.
*********************** Is the email I was given. I just want my $50.00 in a form I can use. What I have will never be used.

I placed an order with my points 45+ days ago. A receipt was sent to my email and in the email it stated "you will receive tracking information when your items ship". Fast forward no email, no tracking, no items. Contacting customer service and their answer is "sorry its an issue with a different company not our problem, your order is on hold indefinitely". I spoke to the 'company' and they assured me all issues with award co had been resolved. I put in a "ticket" for assistance and their staff was not only rude and unprofessional, they didnt like that I asked a question about the items I ordered, they closed my ticket with zero escalation to supervisor. When I contacted the supervisor regarding my issues, I received no response and still have yet to receive items. I was unable to call through the customer service center for many hours and once I got through and spoke to a real human, she was kind, but still could not resolve the issue.

This company is a scam, thwy do not provide you with the products and get upset when you follow up. If youre an employer hoping to use a reward program like this, pick a different company. This company is terrible in many ways.
