    On 4/25/25, ** ****** of Pleasant dental performed a root canal on tooth #18 and removed a permanent crown to be replaced on tooth # 20, also took molds to send off for two new crowns to be made.
    I was told by *** ******* that the crowns would be cemented once they received them in a few weeks time.
    ** ****** left the office for the day before I got the chance to ask him if taking Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen was safe for me as I take many other medications which interact with Ibuprofen.
    I left a bad review the following day detailing my experience after leaving many voicemails and trying to get ahold of them with no success.
    on 4/27/25 I received an email stating that ** ****** of pleasant dental will no longer continue to see me, told me to come pick up the crowns and "Find another dentist to glue them on."
    I have spoken with six other dentists and all of them refuse to cement the crowns telling me that it is *** ****** legal responsibility to glue them in leaving me with two small nubs instead of teeth significantly impairing my ability to chew food or eat due to the sensitivity and fragility of the build up.
    I cannot afford to have a different dentist re-do all the work that *** ****** did as well as make me two new crowns.
    I have deleted the review and begged several times for him to put the crowns in.
    *** ****** has refused several times.

    This is a narcotic drug seeking person who has very aggressively attacked us online for saying no to prescribing him narcotics for a routine procedure.  He is incessantly finding new ways to continue this including this complaint. We dismissed him from the practice for narcotic drug seeking and behavior issues that have made it impossible to continue treatment from parties that have mutual respect. He is on medicaid only so no payment from him was paid to us.

    -He turned us into Utah DOPL who conducted an investigation. **** ****** ************ **** * ****** who after receiving our information immediately dismissed the case stating we acted appropriately in every way in dismissing ***** for the above reasons.   BBB you need to contact the above as this has already been investigated by the state and ruled on and dismissed in our favor.  They recommended we contact the police if his attacks continue.

    -He and his wife have continued attacking us online and the Police were called: Lindon ****** ******* ******* **** * ********* who called ***** and talked to him about a cease and desist for his behavior and is currently being investigated for harassment, ***** said he understood and then filed this with you which will be reported to Officer *******.  I was told he has a lengthy history of legal problems with the Police.

    -BBB please call and check on the validity of the above and be educated about what is really happening here and dismiss.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    it makes no attempt at restitution. 

    He thinks I’m attacking him for some reason? Ive tried very hard to be civil in resolving this, I just want him to finish the work he started, or give Medicaid back the money they paid him so someone else can re-do the work he’s refusing to finish so I don’t have to pay out of pocket for something that should already have been paid for. 

    Who I am does not matter, ** ****** *s refusing to complete work he started and that is an acceptable business practice - especially when he’s already been paid for it and nobody else can finish it for him.
