    Its pretty evident that this company is very close to a scam for many reasons. I ordered from what I thought was a great business named groomshop, so I could get nice gifts for my groomsmen. After ordering, I received two shipping numbers for my items. The first order delivered just fine but the second order was delivered to another random location. I was patient as I thought that since it was with **** they are usually very reliable with their packages. However, after a 3 weeks of my package saying delivered, I began to question what happened. So, as any normal customer, I emailed the company with the email provided on their customer support information. They state that they respond to all emails within 24 hours. Well after 6 emails over 2 weeks and calling them with the customer support number they provide, I still heard nothing. To make matters worse, they dont have an operational phone. It rings once and then says Hello, we will be back on the following weekday at 9am. This is a total lie because Ive only called at least 20 times at all times and days of the week. It says the same thing regardless of when I call. I did some digging and it was very easy to find out that there were many gift shop websites of all different names that had the same address and phone number of QUALTRY. I found out that QUALTRY and all of the other website reviews has the same consumer complaints and issues. The company clearly makes no intention of attempting to be available. This is a company that needs a thorough investigation done by the better business bureau. I cant imagine how many consumers have the same issue but dont know how to report it or fix the issue. Regardless of if this company is intentionally scamming or very horrible at operating, it is very evident that they make no effort to handle issues. Despite them having a way to contact them, its not possible. Which just so happens to be illegal for a business to be unreachable after a sale. Hope this helps.

    I had placed over a $100 order during their "moving sale", going on now, I received less than half the items. After waiting way longer than necessary for them to ship. These were to be Christmas and birthday gifts for the upcoming 2024 year. Once contacting them they said I should have had another package and it was lost in transit. I don't honestly think they shipped more than the one package. If you can't keep up with the quantity of items ordered you probably shouldn't advertise you can. I've ordered multiple times from this company and it's just unacceptable that they leave you hanging. I won't be ordering from there again. Take my advice, stick to Amazon. If it seems to be too good of a deal, it probably is.

    Do not perform any work for this company. They will NOT pay you. We have been trying to collect from them for 4 months now on HVAC work we performed. Now they will not answer our emails or call us back.

    Have ordered from them several times before and had a good experience. This year has been a nightmare! Ordered Christmas presents on November 24, 2023 to make sure they would arrive in time. Here it is December 14th, my packages haven't even been shipped yet. I can't get any answer of their customer service phone, or any of the other numbers I have looked up on line, can't get anyone on their chat either. They have all my Christmas money, can't get hold of them so I can't even get a refund. They have ruined my family Christmas plans! I will never order from them again!

    We have been in communication and giving updates to the customer in both chats and email. We have informed her regarding the potential delay due to surge of orders for the holiday season. We even offered a refund if it's a time sensitive matter to which the customer has not confirmed yet If she is willing to wait for her order.

    This company is a scam. Sells groupons you then cannot use. After an hour with customer service, "it might be a website issue, try again in two hours"

    ******* already provided a refund for the non working code that the customer mentioned. We are looking at the matter further to check and fix the website issue that the customer was referring to.

    I placed four orders with Qualtry the first order was on 11/27/22. It still shows unfulfilled. I called and was told due to short staff they are running a bit behind. My next three orders were 12/1/22, 12/2/22 and 12/3/22. I received the 12/1/22 order HOWEVER, there are two bags that do not belong to me. I called three times and emailed twice to have them correct it and ask about my other orders. On 12/14/22 ******** from Qualtry left me a voice mail and again said my customization is complete but they are short staffed in the fulfillment department. I tried to call back and sent another email. Today, 12/16/22, I left a final message DEMANDING ALL my money back. I spent a total of $301.79. I would like a reply from a COMPETENT person who knows what professional customer service is! These were supposed to be Christmas gifts.

    A Refund for the missing two Personalized Christmas Drawstring Santa Gift Bags from the customer's order #******* was already processed. The refunded amount will be posted back to the customer's mode of payment in 3-5 business days. A refund notification will also be sent through the customer's registered e-mail. We are not requiring for the two incorrect items to be sent back to avoid anymore inconvenience for the customer.

    My first order through qualtry went smoothly,.that was couple of years ago. But this time I had the same situation, had a code with Groupon, tried to process on line, spent long time but could not complete. Every time I tried, there was an error(that I could not locate). Tried to contact the company since could not find the phone #(that time), now I see their contact # on line. Someone responded. I thought that I am getting my shipping. Nothing happened. After couple of weeks, I went back online(so that I do not loose my money from Groupon). The order went through. After about 3 weeks, I got one piece instead of 2! On top of that I could not unscrew the ring of this travel tag and the other side of ring will open without unscrewing the loop! Making it useless.

    What the customer purchased through Groupon was a discount code that can be applied on an order through our website for a personalized product.However, in spite of our reminder for voucher code users on our website that If they are using a redemption code, they please make sure the quantity in their cart matches the quantity that their code is good for. The customer only place an order for one luggage tag so we made and sent one luggage tag to the customer.When the customer reached out to us about this, we provided a courtesy voucher from us directly so that the customer can place a new order for the luggage tag that she missed since the voucher she purchased from Groupon is only good for one time use.We did not miss anything on this issues, we provided and delivered what was ordered from us which is one luggage tag.
