      I used to take my cars to Jiffy Lube for oil changes. Last week I took one of my cars in because I was hearing a strange noise while driving. They replaced the brake pads and rotors. The noise stopped, but I started hearing a new clicking noise when turning the wheel.I went back inside and asked about that. It was concerning, especially since my wife needed to take the car to southern **** in a couple of days.They tried to convince me that the clicking noise was already there (first red flag), also there appeared to be a fluid leak. Okay? It definitely wasn't leaking anything before the visit. I asked what was leaking, and they didn't know what it was (second red flag). I asked him to please find out what the liquid was and where it was coming from. He said it might be residual brake fluid, but it doesn't appear to be leaking.They didn't want to investigate the clicking noise further, claiming they don't do suspension/CV work anymore (but they still have a big poster in their lobby that says "Suspension"), and that's probably what it is. He wanted me to take it to another mechanic (third red flag).My overall impression is that the people working there are irresponsible, inexperienced, and lack accountability. I won't be returning, and I'll be notifying the BBB. The guy also said he would ask the regional trainer to contact me to rectify the issue. It's been almost a week and I haven't heard anything yet (fourth red flag).

      The ************** store is not part of the ************. The entity that owns that location is the ********* out of ***********. Please re-file the complaint with them and remove from K Lube. Thanks.

      Good morning,

       My team is informing me that the issues with the vehicle are not related to anything we created and they have had a few good conversations with the customer about it. We do wish we could help more- The recommendation was to get a 2nd opinion on things concerning the customer and if any of those concerns pint back to my team, we will certainly look into it further.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Communications were not good. They refused to look into the issue. The issue was not there before the visit. They claimed to not service CV/suspension despite these services actively being marketed. 

      It was a stressful experience, and it caused a safety concern. In the end **** ******** fixed it for free. I dont care about compensation, but I wanted to make sure Jiffy Lube feels the impact of this negative experience. Service, communication, professionalism, and ownership were seriously below expectations.

      Brought my car in for registration and had my arm slammed in my own door and a terrible attitude about 4 years ago I brought my car here and had a medication filled with schedule 2 substance (prescribed) stolen, the proceed by apologizing and letting me know they had nothing they could do and they were closing no the experiences should have this company shut down for abuse and theft.
