    I got ripped off,scammed by sinuette. I'm going to my bank and getting this company for fraud. I have a tracking number that means nothing

    My machine died on me, and there was absolutely no support available. I sent numerous emails and messages through messenger and I never received any kind of response. Their phone number does not work, and their chat feature is disabled. This machine cost $500 and there is no way to get it fixed or to even find out why it is not working properly as there is no way to have it serviced or speak with anyone to offer support.

    Completely unreliable machine. When I finally got through for some help, their technical support calls and goes through potential issues. My support person just kept telling me a unplug and replug for over 45 minutes. It seems like they're trying to make the new software purposely incompatible with older or legacy machines so they can force you to buy the newer crappier products. So unreliable and disappointment. They actually deserve 0 stars.

    I also want to chime in and say... they delayed the first shipment and charged me the club silhouette subscription which is fine. It's month 2 and they are ready to charge me again without delivering the subscription goods due to delays. No. Chat function is with a robot that directs you to FAQ. Emails are eventually responded to - generically. I think it's a way to keep us subscribed which is pathetic. On the page, the cancel button is nowhere to be seen. Don't try their Club subscription - it's not worth the headache. Canceling is hidden and tedious. I hate tactics like that. Canceling should be as easy as signing up.

    Bought a new cameo 5. Wont cut the way its supposed to. You can only contact for help through email and usually takes two weeks to hear back. And then its generic answers that does not address the problem. Please dont buy from them and expect support

    I'll have to agree with all the reviews. I've been trying to work with them for over a month. I've had my silhouette cameo 4 for 3 years and never hsd a problem until now. The only contact you have is by email. Very very unhappy ??

    Both times I have managed to get a response from them they were fantastic at being unhelpful and extremely rude. If I could give them 0 I would.

    Non-responsive! SW interface to Cameo 4 is flaky. Total disappointment with this company and its Cameo 4 machine.I have to assume they are going out of business. They are not registered with the BBB. Why aren't registered? ************ is my best guess.

    Sorry to say that I agree with the other reviewers -- one star. I use the machine in my business, and I know it backward and forward. I can fix almost anything on the Cameo -- I've had to teach myself, because there truly is no customer service. When I have had issues I couldn't resolve myself (these are always because of software changes), I've been unable to establish or maintain contact with customer service. If I do manage to get in touch, they'll go a week between responses. The machine is wonderful, when it works. But be advised that you WILL eventually have problems with it, and you WILL have to throw the machine away and buy a brand new one. The warranty is a scam, customer service doesn't exist.

    If I could give it a 0 stars I would. Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I am usually not a complainer and I don't like to leave negative reviews. If you are thinking of buying a Silhouette do not!!! I have been dealing with them on a return issue for 3 weeks now and it is still not resolved. They keep telling me to send them a picture of the un-opened blades, I did that multiple times. Then they say go to the website and follow the instructions. I find the place where they told me to for returns. No information was available there. You send them an email and they respond the first time, then if you try to follow-up with something they totally ignore you.Not to mention my account is locked, I have contacted them about that several times. They say it is because I must have insufficient funds which is not the case. It's interesting my payments for my subscription go through just fine. I could continue on but I won't I think you get the picture.
