    I believe Paymenture is what they call a payment processing company. Paymenture owes me commissions earned from a company called Paid Per Letter/ Send It in the amount of $551.50 minus a processing fee they charge of $3. Due to a mistake on Paymentures part they failed to send the commission payments to the correct bank account number I had on file. My bank account to receive payments that's on file in my Paymenture account has always been correct. They sent the money to an account number that was missing a zero so it wasn't put in my bank account and is now missing. The payouts were in 3 payments on different dates. All three failed. The failed deposit of $105 was rolled into the failed payment of $417. This company never answers the phone so you have to communicate with them via email. After approximately 50 emails with the companies involved in this mess I still haven't been paid and I'm left waiting for an answer from Paymenture as to what to expect.     We are writing in response to the complaint lodged with your bureau by Mr. ************************ regarding his payment issues with Paymenture. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation and provide an update on the actions taken to resolve this matter.

    Upon receiving the complaint, our team promptly investigated the issue and discovered that there was indeed an error in processing payments to ********************** account due to an incorrect account number initially submitted for the transactions. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and have taken steps to ensure such errors are not repeated.

    Corrective measures were immediately implemented, and we have confirmed that all outstanding payments totaling $551.50, minus a $3 processing fee, have been correctly deposited into ********************** bank account.

    We reached out to ****************** via email on April 25, 2024, to confirm the resolution of the issue and again on May 13, 2024, to ensure his satisfaction. We have not received a response, but our records indicate that ****************** continues to use our services actively, with the most recent payment successfully made to him on May 8, 2024.

    We are committed to providing excellent customer service and regret any distress that this situation may have caused. We believe that the matter has been resolved satisfactorily and would appreciate your assistance in updating the complaint status accordingly.
