    They built an in ground pool and spa approximately 18 months ago. From day one the plan was to winterize the pool and have the hot tub operational full time. When it was first completed the hot tub leaked and the pipes had to be dug up to make a repair. Although the repair made the tub useable, I still had to add water every 3 or 4 days. The owner *****, kept telling me the water was being lost when transferring between pool and spa mode. I emailed him a picture at one point with dirt collected around the spa jets. I finally hired a leak detection company and they found a leak in a return line in the spa wall. ***** told me he would fix it. finally after numerous calls and texts and emails he sent his brother out. That was a total joke. H didn't even have the leak report and put a plug in one end of a line that was already plugged on the other end. After this visit he would not return communications and it became apparent he had no intention of fixing it. Today when I told him I was going to contact my attorney he emailed saying he would not do repairs because the hot tub was not winterized. He absolutely knows this is bull since he set up the system himself to work this way. The hot tub has been leaking since day one.
