    Kizik has very good footwear.BUT TRY TO GET THEM TO YOUR HOUSE!!The SHIPPING IS TERRIBLE!!!!My order has been in my city since Saturday! Today is Wednesday!For FOUR DAYS it has been sitting in a warehouse. They claim it is undeliverable because of WEATHER!!It has been SUNNY FOR FOUR DAYS!I emailed the shipping company- (SHOP)- no response!I have asked to speak with a supervisor for two days, at Kizik- not available ( they are all busy)!!!!Kizik has already processed my payment!!!BUT I AM WITHOUT SNEAKERS.We have been customers since this company started!!!Never again.Well go to Sketchers !Unbelievable

    Treated shabbily but an ungrateful company... Buyer beware!!I've been a faithful customer but I guess not a valued one. I've purchased over 20 pairs of shoes in the last 2 years and the last pair were boots. In less than 30 day the tie hook on the boot pull off and the seams started to fray. They couldn't give me a replacement because they were out of stock so they gave me a warranty promo code for ******. First they said I had to use it in 6 months knowing the boots would not be available in 6 months. So i bought a pair a shoes for ******. Later i tried to purchase a pair of socks and they said the code was invalid that i used it already. What i asked what happened to the remaining ***** they said it was a one time use, even if they never mentioned it. Rude and unhelpful. This is what happens when a company starts out popular but blows it because they have no clue how to treat or keep their customers. I'll never buy another pair a shoes from them. If you want to be treated shabbily by an ungrateful company be my guest but I would stay away from Kizik shoes!!Date of experience: March 26, 2025

    I own 6 pairs of Kizik shoes which I have been very satisfied with but I wish you could wash them because if they get dirty- which they will if they're a lighter color- there is no way to clean them. I recently bought another pair and after wearing them outside my left knee really hurt. I thought there might be a defect with the left shoe so I contacted customer service asking for an exchange- because I had only worn them outside once and it was within the 30 day return window. They made me take photos AND video and after all that this is the standard response I got: "After consulting with our ******************** it appears that your order falls outside the Warranty Policy, falls under Wear and Tear, or does not exhibit any manufacturing defects eligible for replacement. The shoes may not have been a good fit based on the design, I do apologize."I didn't even ask for a refund- just an exchange- and hoped they could make an exception since I have been such a loyal customer. I will not be purchasing anymore Kiziks going forward. ******** customer service.

    Can you give zero stars? This company does NOT Stand behind their products. We purchased $400.00 worth of sneakers... one pair ( small child) has worn every day, his favorites, no issues at all, in fact he goes to an outdoor school and insists on wearing these or his pull on bog boots or these sneakers... he is more of a tv indoors otherwise... so we purchased the next 2 sizes up... lucky us...as the older boy is size 11 men's also has specific bike riding shoes as he is man down hill racer and specific golf shoes and of course surfs and hangs at beach with olu kai sandals a bunch since it is summer... so his sneakers have not had consistent use and have been falling apart for 2 weeks before his mom got around to posting the pictures and contacting Kizik. their excuse is over the 30 day guarantee policy.... ****.....looks like we'll be posting everywhere to save others.... so ridiculous these sneakers cost $120.00!!! Even 6 months would have been preferred yet not truly acceptable.... not a good product nor company...once and done!!

    Purchased a pair of shoes. Website prominently notes refunds and exchanges allowed. Shoe too small but Kizik will not return and cited small print on non refundable policy which was not on the website when I purchased. Kizik is a scam and fraudulent business.

    "Slip on" feature does not function! Company stated I should then get a size larger. After forcing shoes on my feet, almost an inch left therefore, a larger size would not accomplish a thing1' Save your money!!!!!!!

    These shoes are snug, (they must run small), not very comfortable, not that easy to put on, at least not as easy as shown on their videos. The shoes are not worth the price. I tried contacting customer service by phone and by chat but was unable to do so.

    I sent an email on April 13th to their customer service with pictures showing multiple holes worn through fabric on the inside heels of both shoes. I informed them that I only wear the shoes with compression hose on my feet; I never wear them bare-footed. They were not exposed to any wet weather or any animals, nor have I washed them so I do not understand the fast rate of fabric deterioration. I am very disappointed regarding the breakdown of the fabric in the inside heel areas of both shoes. I purchased my sneakers online directly from the company late Sept 2022. I started wearing them occasionally after spine surgery on Dec 1. 2022, indoors only until March 2023 and then outside in dry conditions only. I asked them what is their policy for replacement in such a situation?Reply from Kizik Representative received 4/13:"We have confirmed with our ******************* that your order is either outside the Warranty Policy, falls under Wear and Tear or does not show any manufacturing defects for a replacement. With this being said KIZIK would like to still help our loyal customers by providing you with a promo code to use on a new pair of KIZIK's.COM that will take 15% off your new pair of KIZIKs." (promo code intentionally left out in this review).What an insult! They do not stand by their product, why would i waste my money on a second pair! I paid $92.65, they were lightly worn, this fabric deterioration is not normal wear and tear.

    I have had a pair of Kizik since January. I bought the shoes for a specific reason, I have only put them on my feet less than 30 times with minimal walking. They are rarely used. The sole on the right shoe is falling off and the stitching on the same shoe is coming apart. I contacted customer support and they stated this is wear and tear and not a manufacturing defect. They were less than interested in making any kind of resolution. Given I have not worn the shoes many times and one shoe is coming apart it points to faulty manufacturing. Their product is less than acceptable for shoes that cost $120.00. They obviously don't care about repeat business or the quality of their product. I will spread the word about the poor quality of the shoes and this companys lack of concern for their customers.
