      I have a problems with my property manager/ owner. The most recent issue is that our apartments are not up kept and repairs are not taken care of. List of problems ive had; ??Leaking tub faucet Existed for over 2 years. Water bill and gas went up but never reimbursed. Plumbers make 2 large holes in wall and 2 years later and has never been repaired. ??No smoke Detectors. Asked for Some for over 4 years ??A/C has gone Down 2 times. First time took months / wouldnt hire professional after maintenance couldn't repair. Problem was heat/a/c display was installed incorrectly by their maintenance worker. This time Ive asked for months despite multiple calls and emails. ??Roaches. Promised pest control. Months later nothings been done. ??leaking broken bathroom sink/ kitchen disposal. Still waiting for someone. Things are never taken care of in a timely manner. Office rarely answers phone. They claim its because the don't have a maintenance worker, but thats because like the managers no one stays for more than a few months. No one stays because they ask for too much with little pay and no advancement available. I just want the owners to take care of our housing. There are dozens of people with the same problems and many more. I dont know how they can charge us so much when its supposed to be low income housing. Been this way for ten years but nothing ever changes. Its the property owners that should be held accountable. If they would treat there employees fairly this place could run smoothly but they never learn and should not be aloud to own/run properties. Please help Thank you
