The Complainant applied to live at ***********************, ***** Apartments, and Trailside Apartments in ******** on multiple occasions, being denied each time and then stopping payment on their check for the application fees. They did not sign a lease agreement with our clients but they did enter into a financial transition and then stopped payment on a legitimately due balance.Initial Complaint

I did not have any debt owed to Chesapeake Commons as everything was paid when I turned in my keys. Chesapeake Commons did not contact me regarding any amount due. I have no idea as to who this Simplified Revenue Recovery is as I never had any kind of contract with them. No supporting documents has been provided to me regarding this 'supposed' debt. They appeared on my credit report and I want them off of it.Business Response

************* is incorrect in saying no balance was due upon move out. However upon review of the documentation provided by ******* Station, we have decided not to pursue collections. One of the largest charges $442.90 does not have the accompanying documentation and thus we will close the account and remove any negative reporting from Simplified Revenue Recovery, LLC.

rcvd email stating that i owed money to heron point apts in the amount of <25K which is not only false but criminal attempts to get money. They wrote ltr to unpublished nor provided address and upon investigation, this company is affiliated with false numbers on the internet. ********** and a related company also comes up as a false website and is located in las vegas. I will not be paying and will refer the matter to IC3.org because they have set up a paymet website *******************. address used is * * *** **** Logan, UT 84323. in everyway this seems a scam operation and it is on a Dll library configuration so not a real google search but a curated (hacked) one.Initial Complaint
