Expercom has failed to deliver an iPhone 15 Pro Max I purchased through Amazon on February 15th, despite their claim of delivery confirmed by a tracking number with a signature that does not belong to me, and a different name. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue directly with Expercom, their customer support has been unhelpful, responding only with automated replies and showing no willingness to assist in rectifying the situation. The transaction, which amounted to $1429 was for a product that I have never received, and Expercom's refusal to acknowledge the discrepancy or to offer a refund or replacement is unacceptable.

Bought new iPad on Amazon platform from Expercom on November 20, 2022. I realized the this iPad was not necessary because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift and the person informed me they were given a used one from their child. I then requested a return and Expercom approved and sent me the return label. Expercom received the return on or before December 13, 2022. They then informed me I did not send them the correct iPad back because the serial number did not match. They did however refund me 1% (approximately $5) as this was for their restocking fee. Why would they accept the return and keep it if this was a different iPad and it wouldn’t belong to them?? I sent them the exact same iPad they shipped to me. I didn’t even open the iPad box it came in. I then read on Amazon about this company and realized there were several complaints regarding the same or very similar issues. These guys are a scam and should be shut down. I have since contacted my credit card company and upon their investigation I will have the payment to Expercom cancelled and my account reimbursed.
