I purchased a Blackstone grill on Walmart.com. I processed a return within the allowed window. The item was shipped to Blackstone Products which is a 3rd party seller for Walmart. The product was shipped on 6/5/25 and received by Blackstone Products on 6/9/25. Walmart is not refunding me because Blackstone Products is not confirming that they received the shipment. We are sorry to hear that your flame is not adjusting! This is something we can help you resolve through your warranty. I see that you had called in to start a warranty claim and have completed that troubleshooting.
I wanted to provide a little more information on our temperatures. The griddle surfaces should reach a minimum of about 350 degrees on low and around 500 degrees on high. Many factors can affect the temperature of the unit such as, griddle top size, elevation, tank size, and weather. Two burner 22" units will typically run slightly hotter, since they have two burners over a smaller cooktop. However, they should adjust low enough to accommodate all your cooking needs from eggs and pancakes to searing steaks.

Purchased grill model 2249 from ******* on 11/9/24, registered it for warranty online same day - just recently started using grill and have found multiple performance issues with it - burners do not ignite properly (sometimes one or two will barely ignite with minimal flame and others will emit a blast sound with the gas and ignite almost explosively) - replaced regulator with a Blackstone brand one (at our cost), no difference in issues - blew out everything with air hose, no difference - replaced propane tank, no difference. Sent inquiry/complaint direct to Blackstone with no response. Willing to video experience to document issues. Don't want a replacement as no faith in brand. Want refund.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:Blackstone is supposed to be sending me some replacement parts. Until those are received and installed and the grill tested, I cannot say whether or not I am satisfied with the response. I will say (and have said to the business rep over the phone) that it seems inappropriate for a buyer to have to do the troubleshooting and parts replacement on a product that was purchased new and has a warranty. My strong preference is to return the item for a refund. If and when the replacement parts are received, we will assess whether we can safely and reliably install them ourselves and decide from there regarding Blackstone's response.

Our warranty covers replacement parts for several reasons. Shipping parts separately is much lighter than a full unit and therefore they ship faster and have far less risk of damage. In addition, parts are generally much easier for customers to swap than building an entire new griddle. Lastly, There are typically many fully intact and functional parts to units that have sustained some damage, we are able to significantly reduce waste by replacing sections of the unit and utilizing the unaffected parts.Please let us know if there are any issues after receiving your parts by responding to your warranty ticket. I bought a new griddle for Christmas and registered it with the company on December 28, 2024. It has not worked since I put it together. They’ve sent parts to replace which I’ve done 5 times and it still won’t light. I’ve asked to exchange it but they’ve declined and just want me to keep changing parts. It’s a lemon. They offered me $75 of free accessories and told me to pick out the items and let them know. I mentioned I would prefer to exchange my griddle but they said no so I sent a screenshot of the items in a cart from their website. Then they write back and said the deals available to any other customer weren’t available to me. Ive done everything they’ve asked and they will not stand behind their product.Business Response

Your warranty is for replacement parts, however, we would be happy to review your case to see if there are any additional exceptions that could be made. It looks like you were offered the credit as a courtesy for the length of resolution after your representative had ordered a new main body for your unit. I just want to make sure you are aware that the main body section that was order, is essentially a new unit without the legs and griddle plate. Swapping the main body would not require any assembly of internal parts or outside of the original assembly set up.

I purchased a Blackstone Grill Model 2377 on December 24, 2024, and from the start, the grill has had multiple issues that I believe make it defective and potentially unsafe.Details of the Problem:The grill arrived visibly warped right out of the box and has only worsened over time.The grill slides when in use, which is a serious safety hazard.The handle snapped off when I attempted to move the griddle while it was hot. I was using the handle appropriately and as intended.Although I properly installed the grillensuring the pegs were securely in the holesthey come loose when the grill heats up, contributing to the instability.I contacted Blackstone support and was told I needed to register the grill before they could help. I am rejecting this response because: The grill warps noticeably when heated, and the issue worsens each time I use it. Because the warping only occurs when the grill is hot, its difficult to capture clearly in photos. However, the problem is very real and concerning.
On one occasion, the grills surface actually came loose while in use, creating a serious safety hazard. I am worried about the continued use of this product and believe it may pose a risk of injury or property damage.
Im requesting that Blackstone address this defect and provide either a replacement with a properly functioning grill or a full refund. I also urge the company to investigate this issue further, as it may affect other customers.

I've already stated that it warps when it gets hot, which is dangerous, as it starts to fall off and that is how the handle is broke. I did send pictures to the *** already and she has not responded, but she did agree to ***lace the top, as it would make sense because the safety issue. I don't know why Blackstone is trying to risk more injury.

I purchased a 36-inch Blackstone Flatiron griddle, and it has never worked properly since day one. From the start, the two right burners have consistently failed to reach the proper temperature—when they even light at all, which can take several minutes or, like today, not happen at all.
I have reached out to customer service multiple times, and while they have been willing to send replacement parts, swapping them out has not resolved the issue. I have spent hours upon hours troubleshooting over the phone, disassembling the griddle, and replacing every possible component. At this point, there are no unique parts left to replace, yet they are still refusing to replace the entire unit. Instead, they continue suggesting the same ineffective solution—replacing parts that have already been swapped out—despite clear evidence that it doesn’t work.
All I want is to use the griddle as advertised. I paid for a fully functional unit, yet I’ve been left with a defective product, while Blackstone has been fully compensated. At this point, I feel like I’ve been completely ripped off.Business Response

I recently purchased a black stone griddle the other day I got an email in regards to the delivery and realized they had again I want to say they had put the wrong address on the shipping information and I know that that is the case because my credit card has been hit they got paid and to get paid you must have my billing address which is the same as the shipping address but different than the one they had for billing and shipping so I know they had the right address to begin with I tried to contact the customer service and tell him what's going on because the delivery is only been done in part and I would like to redirect what's left to me but I can't get a hold of anybody at customer service nothing but a computer and I'm getting absolutely nowhere with a computer I want my money back I don't feel it's right that my credit card should give me money back and they get to keep the money they hit the credit card for when they made this mistakeBusiness Response

I was supposed just a new main body part for Blackstone griddle There said customer service told me it is out of stock and still no response via chat or email. This is a horrible company for customer service. You never get back to via email or chat and this product is horrible. Should not have so many problems. Blackstone griddle should recall all their products and go a different way. I am not waiting over a month to get a replacement part. This is totally ridiculous with back Blackstone griddles. I own a 36 inch grill that we had to purchase a lid for that came directly from Blackstone. The lid is not very secure and have had issues with it before. Whether the grill is outside or shielded from any wind, the lid can fall at any given time. Last night, the lid fell on my finger and sliced the skin on my finger. My concern is that the next time is will be more severe. For the amount of money for the lid, the lid should be secure enough to not fall. I don't need my children getting hurt if they are near by. I love my grill, but I cannot risk getting more seriously injured just because the lid is not stable. I would be great to have a more stable lid like the ones that now come with a heavy duty lid.Business Response
