      Impossible to get ahold of to report any of their consistent outages.

      The apartment complex that me and my girlfriend live in has their internet supplied by Blue Rim/*********. Unfortunately, this is the worst internet service I have ever received. We have routine troubles with getting devices connected to the internet and constant service outages. This past weekend we lost service 3 times. I am having to write this review using my phone's hotspot because we have had a service outage for almost 48 hours with only one update thus far. On top of that, it seems like their techs don't know what they are talking about or doing beyond reading scripted suggestions. I hope our apartment changes ISPs soon.
