    I thought it was a Nice mattress for the price, until it failed 4 years into a 10 year warranty . Fake warranty process, unless I can show the issue with broomsticks and rulers , the warranty will be declined, please see ******* link at bottom of the page this was sent from their **************** team. There should be a federal investigation into the false warranty claims this company advertises. I can guarantee they probably decline at least 99% percent of warranty claims , if not every one of them. They will respond to this saying somehow its my fault or the warranty doesnt apply to my situation or my photos provided werent enough proof. Just as they have to everyone else. Just know youre buying a cheap mattress that will work for a while but the warranty advertised is nonexistent and the company will do anything and everything to avoid replacing your mattress. Check out the broomstick warranty process their agent said is necessary for warranty. ************************************************

    pathetic company. i orders many items and I have to return one and no one will respond to any emails and the phone number just says to email and hangs up on you. they do not care about you...never use them

    I am trying currently to return a mattress within the 30 day trial. I emailed a request on February 11th and received no response. I called the phone number via ****** on today and there is no response either. I emailed online@linenspa, cs@linenspa and also warranty@linenspa in order to reach someone who would help. Thank you

    I bought my mattress from LinenSpa about 4 years ago. Well within their 10 year warranty. When I made a complaint about issues with slouching and how uncomfortable the mattress was they gave me the run around about not being able to replace the mattress. They also only accept correspondence via email. Their phone lines are just NA. They also took long periods of time to respond to emails with excuse after excuse about how they cant replace my mattress. It was beyond frustrating how I even sent in my receipt and proof of purchase and photos of my mattress and they just treated me like dirt and told me they cant and wont replace my mattress. Its all beyond frustrating I just wanted to file a warranty claim and this has been a total headache

    Has bed bugs mattress uncomfortable company gaslights customers caused so much damage never ever had this problem a day in my life and now I'm forking out **** dollars exterminators even deduced that they came from that mattress and took it to cut in half in a facility to see what's going on on the inside of the mattress. Checked everywhere in my house and found nothing other than the linenspa mattresses. REPRIMANDMENTS SHOULD BE MADE TO ALL WHO BOUGHT THESE!!!! CONTACT A LAWYER ANYONE WHO BOUGHT THESE MATTERESSES WE BULLIED A MOVIE COMPANY INTO CHANGING SONIC THE HEDGEHOG WE CAN DO IT TO A MATTERESS COMPANY

    Ordered 2 Lucid latex Dunlop mattress toppers from linenspa through **** on evening of 01/12/23. After further reviewing the product the next morning, I discovered that the product description was deceiving and omitted important info that the product was a 50% synthetic petroleum based man made latex.This info is nowhere in Linenspa or Lucid website detailed descriptions. It can only be found in Amazon reviews for the identical product. I believe this detailed info is intentionally omitted by ***** to deceive the customer.I immediately notified **** and ********************** around 8:30 am on 01/13/23 that I did not want the product and requested cancellation by email.15 minutes later, I received an email from Linenspa that the product had shipped with a Fedx tracking number.This showed a shipping label was created, suspiciously 15 minutes after cancellation was requested.Further emails throughout the day, shipping cancellation was denied and Linenspa was obviously determined to cram this deceivingly advertised product down my throat.Needless to say, the product was shipped ***** miles across the country because of Linenspa refusal to cancel a FedX shipping label on 01/13/23.FedX did not pick the product up for shipping until 4:42 pm on 01/15/23.FedX is delivering the product today, 01/20/23, at which time I will refuse delivery and the product will go back ***** miles across the country to Linenspa.This could have easily been avoided with ***************************** and a Company that cared for their Customers.I will update my review once I receive my refund, as promised by Linenspa.Needless to say, this situation leaves a very dissatisfied Customer with **********************, ***** and *****.
