On 8/29/2023 I came home to a sticker from UPS saying I missed their delivery and that my package was being taken to the Local UPS Access Point (The UPS Store) which had an address listed of ** * *** * , LOGAN, UT , 84321.

That same day I went to the pick up point and was told by the girl that it hadn't been dropped off yet and she told me to check the tracking to know when to come back.

I checked the tracking this morning only to see that UPS was attempting another delivery to my home. That confused me so I called The UPS Store and spoke with a Mike J****. He was very unwilling to even let me finish my thoughts before interrupting me, which really frustrated me. I even had to say at one point, "if you let me finish my thought", so I could actually get my point across.

I guess it is on me that I didn't know that The UPS Store and UPS aren't the same company. Because after I said something like, "this is a *** **** joke", Mike said to me, "well we aren't ******* UPS".

I definitely was taken back and when I commented how rude he was for using the f word, he said "then you shouldn't take the lord's name in vain". I didn't know I was calling a church house, I thought I was calling UPS. I didn't know the lord had anything to do with what I was dealing with.

But Mike was so offended that he chose to degrade a customer. I am not sure what this will do, but I hope the owner, Brad L****, takes this complaint seriously.
