      Received two broken lids. The lid that came with the initial order was broken. It took almost a month and several emails and chats before I received a replacement. The replacement lid is also broken. Ive reached out multiple times with no response to either direct emails or online chat. I followed all instructions and troubleshooting videos. Save your money and your time!
