  Booted us at 12:01. These dudes are jokes. $75 for us walking to our car 1 minute late. Thank you for your service ??. True American heros. Dip??

  I would give 0 stars if I could. They didnt answer the phone for over an hour of me calling more than 13 times. Then said they would be there within 30 minutes and its been over an hour since then.

  Valentine’s Day 2024, I parked my truck, with it running in front of a condo I own. I ran inside to drop flowers off to my wife (not joking less than 3 min) came back out to leave, to find someone in the middle of booting my truck. The guy would not remove it until I paid him. I called the owner (who seemed to be drinking) to talk because I didn’t think that was right or professional. The response I got was, They wait for people to do just that with their vehicles so they can boot them. I have pictures, dash cam video, and recordings from the owner, and worker. These guys have booted cars for not having registration stickers on license plates (but the owner just forgot to put the stickers on). They have booted people in their own opened garages, and much more. This company is shady, not honest, and very unprofessional.

  0 star if possible. Booted my car in my own parking lot. They wanted proof that I lived there - so I showed them my rental contract. They STILL charged me a $25 service charge for taking their time to come out and remove the boot. They literally could do that to anyone & that to me bleeds illegality. Hate these guys. Left duct tape residue on my driver side window as he took off the booting notice. I asked him to wipe it off so he blew a breath of hot air onto my window and did a smug two-wipes with his sleeve and as he left he gave me the peace sign. These dudes are straight thieves & on a power trip

  If I could give it a "0" star on this review I would give it a 0 star. I got my car booted right in front of my house. I paid the fee thru their website to get the boot off but they wouldn't take it off because the payment had not gone thru their system. They told me that I could pay with my card with their portable card reader, so I did (that was a mistake). I asked about the payment I had already submitted thru their website and he told me that they would refund me back if I would get double charged. The payment was still not going thru and the guy was saying it was because he had poor signal on his phone, so he ran the payment multiple times. Finally the payment went thru. The next day I checked my statement and I was charged 6 times "wow". I call the guy back asking for my refund and it's been over a month and half and they have still not refunded my money back. I keep calling them and they just keep giving the run around, sometimes I call them multiple times of the day and they stop answering my calls. Finally one day he said they were going to mail the refund check but I never got it. This guys just keep lying all the time, they are the worst. I really hope you don't have to deal with this company ever and if you do make sure not to run your card more than once. I can't believe ******* court HOA board member hired this clowns to do this job.

  My car got booted outside my cousin's garage with the garage open might I add to indicate we were coming back out to move it and just had to bring a senior dog inside because she can't walk very well the car was maybe out there not even 10 min I had to pay $75 for this and the kid that came to remove the boots when I asked him his name he said I ain't telling you s*** Also the extra parking spaces were full and I would have had to walk in the freezing cold with a disabled dog all the way to the other side of the townhomes which is why I parked in front of the garage.... People can't even park their cars anymore to do stuff like this at their own home to even bring in groceries of none of us would have had the money to pay my family would have been able to get out for work the next morning either like he could have came and did a courtesy knock before doing some dumb s*** like that this business shouldn't even be a business. Taking people money like that for 10 min of parking in front of your own garage smh *****!
