    I have been paying rent ($75) for a storage unit in North Logan, Utah. I have been paying rent three months at a time. May 3rd 2022 I paid three months rent ($225.00), they failed to credit my account for the June and July payment. I was able to get this resolved. On 8/1/2022 I was given notice of a rent increase($95) for rent due 8/8/2022. I sent three months rent($225) in the mail on 7/30/2022. They credited my account $115.00 for the August rent and $115 for September on 8/5/2022. Since I was starting to have some many problems I decided to vacate the storage unit so I gave them notice on 8/5/2022 that I have vacated the storage Unit (#**). They indicated they required a notice to vacate and would charge me for August rent and would be willing to send me a check for $130. I have never received a payment. I don't believe they should be able to give a 7 day notice of increase and then expect more than 7 days notice to vacate. I believe they owe me $200.
